The entire reaction from all quarters about Oliver's failing taste buds is really much ado about nothing. Everyone must be having a slow news day. How is it deception? It's not as if he's been using a ghost chef. Does it matter if the chef has a disability if they can produce the goods? The man's a genius if he can still make Michelin quality dishes despite his physical impairment.

I really appreciate the uncle. He's a man of principle. He doesn't side with his daughter because she's his daughter.

I'm enjoying the show quite a bit especially the leads.

Chen Zheyan is the main male character. I watched it for him and he was great but the storyline was a let down.
I don't really recommend it.

I started this because of Chen Zheyuan, who I discovered in Handsome Siblings. He's great of course but I really like the female lead too. It's a likeable show so far.
I wonder how many shows can they make from the Itazura na Kiss template. :D

LOL. Bai Jingting used the same line he used in You Are My Hero. "Are you willing to be my girlfriend?" And she responds by saying "I am willing."
The guy managed to find a way to de-age himself progressively in the show. :D

A real gem. The best part of it was watching the duo grow and learn from their mistakes. As it should be. Love the way their relationship was developed all throughout. Kudos to the writer and production team.

I can deal with the bad English in those last few episodes although they really should have got someone to proofread the script. But oh my goodness... the cheesy dialogue and delivery plus the barely serviceable acting was cringeworthy. It's like a parody of a bad action espionage flick from the 1980s. I guess they were operating on a very limited budget. :D

Otherwise this was a fun show.

I love my contract marriage dramas and Zhu Yawen is fabulous.

Really? Someone's been bluffing. I've watched this up to Episode 13 already and I can tell you that there's romantic developments.

There is another C drama that has this Groundhog Day type of storyline. But I won't recommend it because they wrecked the ending.

Have you ever seen Nirvana in Fire? Because that show has some of the best acting in a C drama.

Some of us are watching the RAWs. It's nice to not need the subs.

I'd give it the 4 episode test. It's a nutty show on the surface but it does have dark undertones. To me it starts to get really good at the end of Episode 3.

Yes, there are definitely more than hints of romance.

Woohoo... Years of watching crime shows has definitely paid off.

I don't know why they haven't considered the driver. It seems to me that he's the most obvious suspect because it's his vehicle. But I'm just speculating at this stage.
