I waited for almost a year for the hype calm down to watch squid game. Let's just say I was so disappointed and didn't understand the hype. Dropped it at ep 5 and had my daughter explain the ending and was relief to know I didn't miss anything important. Netflix is ruining Kdrama with all the unnecessary sex and cringe perveted foreigners. Just ewww!!!!

Thank God I decided to wait months after all the hype to watch it. After episode 2 I lost interest, I kept fast forwarding most parts and after 4/5 ep I just asked my daughter about the ending and I'm glad I didn't have to watch until the ending.The lead guy pissed me off so much and the ending was even worse, like really why are you so stupid.

I give it 3/10 for me (3 because of that North korean girl and Ali ).

I read all the comments here yet I decided to see for myself, and sadly it's true. So after 2 episodes it was time for me to say bye to this mess.

Well he /she will have to see for herself. Unless you are teenager you can't deny it was cheesier than the original ones.

With a lot of fast forwarding, it's cheesy, bad acting and way too much products placement. but since it's a nostalgic drama (if you have watched Japanese, Taiwanese and Korean one of course), you got to watch it 😊.

100% true. It seem to be a Asian thing, you know then one that gets the girls is always a narcissist, bully and sexual assaulting piece of shit. And the second lead who would climb mountain for the girl, get turned down.
