I watched it in one setting (my ass hurts now 🤣). It's good so good, let's hope in S2 they don't pull that forgiveness bullshit Kdrama likes to pull. Where the victim meets a nice guy, so she eventually realised she is better than her bullies and forgive them. NO!!!! I don't want anyone dead, I want to see suffering and humiliations until they are rotten corpse.
The teacher had easy death , way too easy. How are you going to abuse someone's child like that as teacher and then go on to live a good life🤬
I agree. I watch mdl content to avoid netflix style production. Getting harder to do.
We might sound like a bunch of nagging people, but most of us had enough of the hyper sexualised western films/drama and hence it's been nice just being able to watch Asian drama/movies without having all that thrown in our Faces when we didn't ask for it.
That sex doll (????) scene was so disturbing. It didn't aid the plot at all, other than to show how "Type C" had…
It was so random and NOT fitted with whatever plot they were trying to convey.
Netflix has a lot to say with their products (ideas of what people want to see etc), as they are trying to appeal to western audience . Which we all know it's all about sex, violence and more sex
While in many Asian countries there's genrer for each audience and they don't throw everything in every single movies like Europe and American do.
I knew as soon America got a taste of Korea with train to Busa , parasites etc, they would want a slice of that success. Here we are, netflix original being trash. After seeing that random sex scene and all that fetish shit at the end of Squid Game, I knew more shit will came and this being one of them.
Taken me over a month to finish this. This drama could have ended with episode 10 and it would have covered the plot. Because the plot was flat and too many plot holes. Too many characters with no story development.
I feel like the writer's tried to go the same direction as Goblin (deity waiting for his human long lost love bla bla) but failed. Also it must be a age thing, Lee Dong looked anemic and too feminine. He looked better in Goblin. Well that's just my opinion ☺️
looks like this is a minority opinion, but i didn't like the second season much... it DRAGGED and thus i found…
Definitely!! First season I binged it in two days while this one I'm managing 1 episode at time, playing on my phone and just bored. The first one we were on the edge every episode and not mention the beautiful friendship between Arisu and his friends.
Also Arisu is all over the place in this season, crying, screaming like child with tantrums (he reminds me of Eren in Attack on Titan before he got strong...lol). Also I'm not feeling connection with the support cast. Anyway that's my opinion ☺️
The trailer was so misleading, 10 min into the film you already knew where this was heading. Slo pace and very unpredictable. For me it was waste of time :(

Let's see how they carry the 3rd one out.
