This is not a ROMANCE, the series aged like milk, it's toxic and not in a sexy way, Bai Luo Yin looks uncomfortable most of the time because Gu Hai won't stop SAing him...I liked it when it aired but it's uncomfortable to re-watch it...and I have to agree with the person who said that Gu Hai sees Bai Luo as his bl** up doll. The remake is a lot better, they removed most of the problematic parts in the story, Gu Hai is still a very intense character, he's jealous and possessive but he knows his boundaries, Bai Luo looks comfortable, not scared and actually happy to be with him...I really think that some stories are better censored and this one of them for sure.

My thoughts exactly, I want more of JaySun but it seems that the focus will be on Sun's journey to become the best actor and to take revenge on his ex, I really hope that I'm wrong because I want more romance 😔

Despite the toxic story, I was invested and exited to watch the next episode, the last series that did this to me was Reset, the star of the show was definitely Ayden, his acting was top notch, I felt every single emotion Lu feng went through, from yearning and sadness to anger and madness, and his mood swings had me on the edge of my seat. I really hope that he'll do another another BL, but I know that won't happen because this is china not Thailand that we're talking about...until then I'll miss Ayden and his acting.

Yi Chen gives Y/N and Mary Sue vibes, when I said this on Tiktok I got attacked😂 I would say even the little brat has a personality but Yi Chen doesn't have any and he always has this dumb and confused look on his face.
