I too really liked some of Deng Wei's styles in that drama.

I am not sure if it was translated correctly, but I read that the screenwriter who wrote the first 14 episodes didn't like them wanting to go in this direction and change the story, so they got rid of this person or changed the screenwriter. 🥺😤

They made the main lead the "third wheel" with a new made up character (SML) and that it split the story. Quite a few are saying this and are angry about it, and I don't blame them.

People are saying that the author is good with writing novels but 💩 at screenwriting. They say she(?) Ruined the ending of "Swagger" too. (I have to agree with them about that drama, even though I love the two main lead actors)....
