There is love interest for each of the leads but romance is not the main focus. The bromance is on point tho! 😉 Even if you think you'll only like a drama with romance as part of the main plot, I'd still give it a try because you'll probably like it more than you expect! It's very common with Thai series. Sometimes it's a matter of not expecting much profit from international release or you may have to wait because it's released as a paid series for Thai viewers first but free to interfans, among other things. Seems like the company for this series didn't expect the international viewers to be so many so they didn't have a platform set for international release.
In terms of "high school," Noey is in junior year now. He just graduated sophmore. It seems like it got translated as Noey graduating from freshman year but it's a confusion because the thai school system is different from other country. M4 that Noey just graduated is the 10th grade in Thailand.

M4 is 10th grade equivalent so Noey just graduated as sophomore in US standards. It seems gagaoolala might translate it as "freshman" because M4 is the first year of Thai "high school." Thai education system is really different from US so it's a bit hard to compare. I would guess Noey is 17. Thi probably wouldn't be older than 21 but I don't remember if they said his year in school.
