Sounds like to their dramatisation answer to the Chernobyl series, tbh.

Much like other director creeps out there, they show the audience what they are but it gets dismissed as 'just a movie'.
I hope this causes more viewers to question what themes they're seeing promoted and in what tone its done in.

I notice this very black-and-white, OTT approach to addicts in K-dramas and it's very telling of the mentality towards them over there, like with actors being addicted to Propofol.

😕I was simply replying to @prisha's points about the age gap and the chemistry not being there (there's other users stating the same thing, btw). I don't think it would've been distracting to the main theme as it could've been a slow-burn.
