Hangjing is a modern lady stucked in conservative society, and her sympathy for Zizheng is valid. Beichen was away for years because of military school, and Zizheng is working with her on her news articles and her helping him is valid cause Zizheng is a poor teenage boy with a mom dependent on him, and Hangjing is helping him by taking him on her job so he can support his mom.
Beichen is clearly immature in the early stage of their relationship. And if Hangjing really loves Zizheng she can clearly leave him if she wanted to be with Zizheng...
And how is she no character development? You just saying this cause you hate the fact that her character isn't male centered.
I totally agree with you, before I watched this series I read some reviews and it's full of hate towards the FL. But I gave it a try and I'd say those hate comments are from misogynistic people who hates seeing a fresh character who isn't male centered.
I can totally understand why the couple had lots of misunderstanding after watching yet the bunch of these miserable ppl loves to blame and pour their hatred towards the FL, I've seen other dramas of CDL after watching this and clearly she just had lots of haters leaving bad comments on any shows she's in.
