Frankly I'm sympathizing with Luan Nian more and more. What she did was wrong from a boyfriend's as well as the investor's POV. And instead of apologizing she got mad at him. It's okay to keep the relationship a secret at work but in front of ex and her friends she can be little open specially when LuanNian has introduced her to his friends.
He was even gentle while replying about their future. With her selection of timing I was expecting worse.
Though I have to admit her ex taking care of her made me uncomfortable. If it were me I would have scolded Luan Nian for letting him enter the room.
