Yes she did perform alchemy of souls, but did not took that body throught it(according to Master Lee), I hope they explain it properly, I would be very disappointed if they leave that question in the air or if they say that her soul entered Buyeon's body by pure coincidence, I don't think they will do the latter, because morally speaking, they need to redeem Naksu in some way.

Not really, but you could said so, because even when its buyeon's body, now it has Naksu appearance, Master Lee only could heal the body by sacrificing Buyeon's soul and using Naksu energy, Also when Naksu's energy healed the body, this caused Buyeon's body to start taking on Naksu's original appearance.
In the end, the result was that only Naksu's soul remained in Buyeon's body.

No, you got me wrong, for what i could understand in todays episode, Master Lee said that Naksu did no take the body of Buyeon with alchemy of souls, but instead Naksu's soul was lock up in Buyeon's body, and if you wacth episode 1 of season 1, Naksu didnt try to stole Buyeon's body, but the waitress body, thi s is why i think that maybe it was Bueyon who put Naksu's soul in her own body, the real body of Naksu was burn in season 1, her body was never throw in the lake, the one who was throw in the lake was Naksu in Buyeon's body, the amnesia is due to the lack of energy, since Master lee used Buyeon soul and Nkasu energy to heal the body, thats why Naksu have amnesia, if she regains her energy, her memories will came back as well, so far, they told us two things, Buyeons soul is supposedly dead because it was used to heal the body, the current body is Buyeon's, but the soul inside of it is Naksu's soul

WOW todays episode was very informative, but other questions arise in my mind, first in season 1 i did not understand why Naksu switched into Mudeok's Body, since she was not there but the other girl, and Naksu was trying to take the body of the other girl, but she woke up in Buyeon's body, today, Mr Lee said that "Naksu din't take over this body using alchemy of souls, her soul was actually locked up inside this body" does this mean that maybe it was Buyeon's who trapped Naksu's soul in her own body ? but why ? thow your theories righ here, or maybe explain to me if i get it wrong
