Luo Yunxi and Bai Lu really have very natural chemistry, and it's really surprising to me how grounded their interactions…
I have a feeling he will be playing a part since he had attended JJ's father's funeral and the ominous 'sister' saying he wasn't at fault, but MH. Not too sure timeline wise but I assume JJ would have been out of high school at that point. Perhaps she was in university then (or did I miss something)
So, no matter how many times I watched Ep 18, I am smiling like a loon. That rabbit dance and octopus scene! Plus in Ep 17, during his whole, I am the owner of the apartment spiel, the stay with me or I will bleed to death part....gold! Guilt tripping!
YS is getting bolder and bolder. JJ is still very cautious but at least I learnt something new about them today. They are relationship noobs! LOL. That bar scene.
I am just wondering what is going to happen when they do become intimately and romantically involved. Will it be possible for them to work within the same workplace and what more, YS is her superior at work. SIGH. I am just preparing my heart for the angst as there are people out to get JJ and would love to see YS fall.
My jaw dropped when I found out Leo is 32! He looks really convincing as a high school student. **Pardon me as this is the first drama of Leo Lu for me**
Hi all. We will only get the subbed episodes Thursday, Friday and Sat. It's up to 22 now but we should be getting 23 and 24 this weekend. After that, we will have to wait for next weekend. I am thankful for any subs available so I guess we just have to be patient. PS. I see that they have the subbed clip of the cave scene on YouTube. Ahem. Check it out if you haven't already.
Is it just me or are they ramping up the release of the BTS and CP scenes? I remember that when the drama started airing, there was so little promotion. It's just weird seeing that ZLH is now in another drama (on another network). PS. Seeing Unicorn Girl, I think she has better chem with ZLH and I suppose I prefer her character her then as Sang Tian.
Finally gathered my guts to watch the ending. I can understand how they shot it but it is still unsatisfying. Is this meant to be a light drama or a melodramatic drama? At least if he turned and their eyes met, there would be less dissatisfaction. But seeing how he rushed to find her after seeing the pendant and she catches a glimpse of him, I live in that hope.
I would add that this is definitely not an epic drama. I suppose fluff is nice once in a while. Too many things happening in real life and I prefer not to have angsty angst pervade my fictional life. Haha.
I think I will be continuing this series to the end. Looks like there are some hiccups but the ML and FL actually talk and work it out. They continue working as a team until the very end. Conspiracies are unravelling and now I can't wait for the subs!
