They seem to have written her character to be like the usual SML in Cdrama, that start off righteous and then when the girl in question rejects them, they go down the villain route because they are so in love, they have to get the girl.
SLH is such an underappreciated character here. The way he reins in TLC speaks of a lot of trust and understanding.

From a happy blank slate to all the pain coming back all at once.

I was thinking after all TLC has been through perfect ending would be if he is able to be with AS. TLC would be with someone who understands him like FZ did and he would be with FZ's loved one. FZ literally mentored his brother in law lol..... I think FZ would be happy in his afterlife, his sister he was looking for to end up with someone he trusts.
