Just started watching this. It’s off to a good start, I wouldn’t say I am overly excited about it yet to the point of losing sleep to watch it. It’s still a good a watch, would recommend it.

It’s probably that or they want their fav actress to be praised. It’s really sad pple.

Her smile reminded me of the villain in “The Glory”, another great revenge drama.

Given there are over 30k comments here, you are probably asking the wrong crowd lol... The drama might not just be for you, I loved it, FL and ML both giving. Princess Royal starting soon maybe you might like that one.

I stopped watching her reviews long ago. I forget what drama she was dissing, but I decided we have different tastes sometimes and ultimately no one person can play judge& jury on what drama is good or bad. We all have biases.

I think we will just have to agree to disagree. Their relationship was mutually beneficial and yes watching a lot of palace politics dramas especially when the emperor has no real power they do have to use pple as pawns, and they did that here. Fl and ML head common enemies. She did love him, you missed the flirting in most of their conversations you must have also missed out she kind of proposed to him too. This is one of the best CP I have seen, I think you might have missed some of the underlying meanings of their conversations . Hope you find a drama that you like.

I think you didn't understand the drama. She was his "pawn", him helping her would be of benefit. I like that they didn't make her character into some superwoman who figures everything out on her own, its good to ask for help. Her revenge targeted people XH needed to target, their paths crossed.
Back to the pawn bit, a few things to highlight- the Emperor & Duke Su couldn't attack the ministers, princess and Cheng directly since he had made a good name for himself protecting the border. She helped close the gold mine which was funding Cheng's rebellion, she helped stop the Yi Family from having to side with the Li family from when she did the school arc to solving the fabric case, the Li family again supported Cheng rebellion so stopping the relationship developing weakened them. Taking down YSR again linked with the rebellion/Cheng, exposing the infidelity would have helped weaken the power the princess had who supported Cheng. Cheng is also the guy who killed ML's father.
She was pretty clear about how she felt about her ex, no idea how you missed that, will not go into all the sentences said, there were a lot.

Its just you lol... I am kidding, there are some in the comments I saw who do. I personally don't, she was not remorseful at all. Being hurt does not give one the right to hurt and destroy innocent people's lives.

I think it’s because FL was dubbed by someone else. The bonus was only done a few days ago, so they probably did not want to hire that person in this short period of time to put it together, just for that.

I think , the person you thought loved you killing you is not getting off easily. She died thinking both SYR and her brother had betrayed her. Being used as a pawn again.
