The picture has to be proportions (balance) like his current picture or like Xiao Zhan's. It has to be 300 x 300 pixels. It can't be squished.

Xiao Zhan's picture is perfect example.

Here is one other requirement: Minimum acceptable dimensions are 300 x 300 pixels
