I’m halfway through episode 9 and dont know how i feel. It has very good moments and i know it's progressing at a good pace but the FL is slightly annoying. Like she’s too inner and i was shocked when she went to the therapist and even started to ask personal questions. It’s like she forgets his condition and get upset when he doesn’t show he likes her , like she’s expecting too much I’ve seen amazing edits of this show which is why i am here, but are there any filler episodes? Theres so many episodes i’m wondering what could the do with them all
Cdramas need to be more like kdramas because this show is too long and honestly doesn’t need to be. Currently on episode 26 and feels like a chore too many filler episodes
He's a really good actor, he devoured his role in Story of Kunning Palace, which made me an immediate fan. Maybe…
Omg I also tarted Princess Royal and dropped it, I made it halfway through but the script was really bad for me :( I'm hoping his dramas for 2025 are better! I also started Love between Fairy and devil and even though he is 2nd lead he's doing well in it however I did stop watching at ep 25 because again the script is lacking loool feels like a teenager wrote it
The last epsidoe was done well interms of the story however the Ismael Propaganda at the end threw me off and pissed me off. if this was done before they know this drama would not of been as popular, that really left a sour taste in my mouth
1. Why didnt he just run him over rather than stopping😂😂 that was so dumb and frustrating lool
2. Finally glad the mum is locked him, maybe her son inherited the crazy genes from her. I can sympathise that as her mother she would love her son but other Sa Eon is truly innocent so wanting to pubish him is crazy considering she raised him ffss and she killed the grandad so shouldn’t that justify her revenge kmt
3. I wonder what he wispered, even though its not plausible i thiught did he say they could be related? Hee Joo and Sa Eon as we don’t know who his real mum is? Or do you think he found out that his ‘dad’ was the one behind the accident? I hope its a better reason than the latter as i dont think it’s a good enough reason.
4. So Sa Eon alway planned on exposing the Baek family as that’s why he gave back the ring with a camera on it to see what skeletons could be exposed before the old man died, but instead caught he’s mum murdering him.
5. Another thing, how does Ji Sang U know about the drawing on the ring? I can’t remember how he ever saw the ring. I only know he use to ‘play’ with reak Sa Eon when he was younger, and how lucky he was to escape death lool cause he even there often prior to the cat incident.
6. Anyways i hope for a happy ending and a good reason for Sa Eon to disappear. I just dont think finding out about the accident is a good enough reason so there better be something else.
Did Sa Eon always know who his dad was? Cause he never seemed surprised to hear the news. And what was whispered to him? Omdss i need to know ahaha. I really hope the final episode isn’t rushed and i would of liked to see on screen crazy Baek Sa Eon going down tbh
I’ve just caught up now thankfully in time for the last two eps. I felt soo bad for Park Doe Jae, sorry but i understand he’s reasoning and in the end he still risked his life to save Sa Eon.
Also, in the drama there hasn’t been any evidence to suggest that Sa’Eon is the granddads son right? I know thats the case in the novel and has been implied in the show. Also what is this deal the grandad and Mr Hong made.
So before i saw novel spoilers saying real Sa Eons mum was the mastermind so i was definitely shocked when it turned out to be Mr Park, but how did he know Hee Joo was the wife to begin with?
Even though i dropped this i would like some recommendations to similar shows. I really enjoyed the main couple the yearning aspects. I dropped it after forcing myself to stick with it purely because of the bad writing
I'm halfway through episode 23 and i', getting slightly annoyed watching this because of the whole story arc of them in the mortal world and 'Mr. Right'. Honestly, i'm just soldering through over here hoping the ending delivers
They had to cut down 10 episodes that's why the last episodes felt rushed.
Oh, thats alot. That does make sense though as there were some scenes that felt chopped aswell or things mentioned but not shown on screen. Thanks for the insight
I enjoyed this, it was surprisingly hilarious, which made me keep watching. I binged the show in a week, and now I wish I savoured it. My only problem is with the ending; I hope it was better executed, considering Buyi's wedding was a topic of conversation for most of the show, and we didn't see it happen. I was hoping for a 'special' episode like they do with other shows, but that did not happen.
Another thing I didn't like was the kisses lool like it was just their lips touching and sometimes. their eyes were open, which I find soo weird. I give this a solid 9.5; the plot was well executed with likeable characters. I really loved the emperor, empress and consort as well, what a healthy dynamic that was, and i have never seen it before.
