It's like welcoming an old friend
Around 4 years later, since the I've watched the first season, I'm glad to be back again. Honestly, I've almost forgotten what happened and since the wait was quite long, I've almost forgot they were releasing another season (so the hype and the anticipation were a bit down from me) lolSo, I would say, when I've started, nostalgia brings me back, seeing again familiar faces, the settings, the vibe it's like returning to a home and welcoming or joining an old friend that I've not seen for years.
The complexity of this serie is, in my opinion, its charm and I'm going to be a bit contradictory but I think this is also why I'm not that hooked but I still watch it till the end and still enjoy it. Honestly, sometimes I couldn't follow or was a bit confused or maybe I was a bit struggling to follow... Maybe if there's a bit of action or maybe jokes (well, I know it could be worse since I'm not bilingual hence I won't really catch the pun) and poetry like in the first season I would like it more. However, at the same time, I also think it's a part of the development of the characters that it's more heavier and sometimes very emotional. But we do have some funny and even iconic moments (thanks god and for sure I'll rewatch some scenes in particular).
I still give it a high rating because it deserves it and it's also because I was also impressed by many elements such as the layered characters (omg I loved the acting, all the actors were great), the production (like I said the settings / the vibe), the costumes (I love traditional clothes, very pretty!!) and the OST (really beautiful and I even got goosebumps by listening to it).
So, yes this drama isn't easy to watch but we have to carefully enjoy it (like as we take a sip of some kind of tea, I don't know why I'm talking about tea lol) and it's an interesting journey to follow.
p-s: I'm sorry if my rant / my review seems a bit weird but I've tried my best to share my thoughts (especially that English isn't my mother tongue but I love using it haha) and I think I must forgot some others things but I'll keep it as it is for now.
And for sure, I'm going to be here for the third season haha, see you there!

Cute but lacks some things
I'm quite disappointed because I wanted to love more and to give it a higher rating.. However, it was because in terms of the story, it lacks some things that could captivated me. I think I know some messages that they wanted to send and that was really nice but unfortunately it was not enough. There's also some things or behaviors from certain characters that annoyed / frustrated me, it didn't help to fully enjoying the serie.
However, ok I admit, it was really cute and funny for some points, I did enjoy some moments, the actresses were doing great and the OST were also cute and catchy.
I only blame for the execution of the plot.. I think, I just hope to see MilkLove again with a better script / story with different characters and also, would be glad to watch another GL serie with ViewJune as the main couple.

Actors as "chefs" for 2 days
Honestly, it's a bit hard to write a review for a TV show because the feel isn't the same as when we are watching a drama. But here we are, just sharing my impressions!I know all of them as actors and have watched their dramas but it was a new side of them being in a tv show (for me) and in addition it's about running a restaurant in another asian country.
As I love food, I was quickly interested and at the end, it was very cute and entertaining to see those 6 actors dealing with how to make some dishes and to learn some other things related to customers service.
They did really well and I enjoyed every episodes. It was indeed short but I think it was enough to show some "new" concept. I also love their dynamic, they were determined and hard-working, most importantly, they learnt about teamwork, they have the teamwork vibe.
It's just that, it's a pity they didn't include male customers to have this diversity . Now who to blame? Because I'm sure, there's also some fanboys who are interested in tasting some of their idol's cooking.
Other than that, it looks delicious and I was already familiar with it because I've already eaten those dishes but for people who want to try Thai food, I also recommend it, especially the Chicken rice and for the desert, Bua loy although I also have another recommendation, it's Sam mit / ruam mit (3 colors) and my fav of all the time Khanom Chan with pandan flavor.
So yes, it was short but it was lovely and nice, it could cheer you up.

Mixed feelings
This is one of my rare time I've decided to try writing my impressions on a movie in which I feel like I understand it but at the same time, I don't.I wanted to watch it a while ago and I've taken some time because of diverse reasons and finally, I've watched it by curiosity. I didn't know if it was too vulgar or too violent but I finally gave it a try.
This movie is like an independant, underground (I don't know how to describe it) movie which is not for everyone's cup of tea. Despite a beautiful cinematography, the relationships were natural, acting is nice and some interesting and serious matters to discuss with... The pacing felt a bit too slow for me so it didn't really hooked me or made me want to be invested in the story.
However, it sure left me with some mixed feelings. It's not that I don't like it but I feel bit left out?? Did I regret watching this? Not really.

Like a slap in my face
I’m speechless, I mean I don’t know how to begin with.. It’s raw, beautiful, it’s daring, it’s relatable… The series set the bar high in terms of the great acting, what they want to convey and the topics they’ve brought up in it but also of course, the really nice cinematography. It feels like, each episode is like a movie in which we kind of witness what happened around him, his feelings, his relationships. It’s like following his chapters of his life.
After watching it, I had bittersweet feelings yet I’m impressed, it was a bit too real.
Sorry it was quite short but I think I sum up my thoughts on this series.

A nice and sweet (gl) story
I don't know how to explain well but this serie is quite lovely yet it has some drama (sad, a little bit of angst part) but not that intense. It's just a kind of slice of life between two girls with their own family.I smiled, laughed, cried and feel ike it still has something missing... That's a weird feeling.
I might think, for a certain part of the story it was a bit underdevelopped or it's just me.
Nevertheless, I overall liked the show, it's so simple yet it's kind of relatable and omg, the chemistry was definitely on fire, Emi and Bonnie did a great job, not only for their romantic part but for the entire show.
And I'm quite happy to see Sing (Kawi) again with a different character (not the funny one) but instead, he played a serious role and it's a pity that his character's story is not that enough developed (I know, he's a side character but still, he's the brother of Dokruk). I also think, Oat and Nene deserved a better storyline. As I said, some part of the (their story) felt not well paced. I also felt some part were a bit too long.
However, it's still one of the best GL (along with Pluto) series and Us left a good impressions.

As being in a warm blanket while sipping a cup of tea or a sweet chocolate
This series is not really new (what I mean is, as a fan we know the possible issues that an Idol can encounters) but it was needed every friday night (for me), it has a great and a chill vibes throughout each episodes.I enjoyed every bit of it, the choice of the songs (opening song sung by one of the member, Tui Chayatorn) brings some heartwarming feels and a magical vibes to it.
Interesting choice of the color grading for the cinematography, I don't know why, at the begining it left me somehow, dumbfounded but after episode by episode I got used to it and at the end, I gradually appreciated it.
I just loved everything, the story about the members of MARS and also the romance between Thame and Po was just really beautiful to watch and nicely done, it was the right tempo (lol).
I may be biaised because I've already known the group, LYKN which I'm already a fan since I've listent to "No worries" and they are so endearing and so talented. So, it was a must-watch, not only to see them in a series but also with a new ship, "WilliamEst".
I ddin't really follow the journey of "WilliamEst", my bad but what I want to say is that "ThamePo" is a really, really cute couple with a good communication, I enjoyed their interactions from the begining to the end, it was my happy pill to witness the development of their relationship. I think, it's one of my favorite couple.
To me, "ThamePo heart that skips a beat" delivers well in terms of relationships and issues in the entertainment industry while being a nice BL story.

Sensitive and educational
I'm just really happy to come across with this drama, thanks to a user here on the feeds (it was a while ago), I've decided to watch it this week-end. One of my best and favorite (japanese) drama ever! I even wished I'd watched it at the same age as the teenage girls but the time it was released, I was already in my twenties. But it's still useful, a nice introduction to sex education. The development of the plot was really nice and interesting to follow along.
It tackles diverse topics despite being a short drama, but maybe I'm a bit nitpicky, some elements could be done before or some details should be more added but it's my personal opinion. Also, the small "negative" point is that, as I'm not fluent in Japanese, I don't even understand it apart some typical sentences or words, I might missed important and interesting messages. It's still very informative enough.
I really love the friendship, despite having different personality, the girls can communicate well and understand each other. It's funny that they even dare to talk about "taboo" topics at a public restaurant but why not lol
It's endearing and nice after all, to follow each characters, everyone, the story till the end.
Bonus: I also liked the editing of the intro and outro

Outstanding production, interesting and touching stories
It reminds me so much of the English series, "Black mirror" which I loved and when I came upon the trailer of "Tomorrow and I", it sparkles a huge interest in me.Ok, I won’t compare both series, I’ll mainly share my thoughts on this.
I want to say that I’m quite impressed by the high quality of the production and also of the cinematography, the visual effects, it was great. I’m serious because as it’s from Thailand, we know that when some series use effects it’s not that good and I also know it cost probably so much. In this case, I don’t know if they had to get some sponsors or even a collaboration from an American / English team ? But omg that was really good and impressive.
Although each story is set in a fictional world, they’ve still brought some issues that can, not only resonate in Thai people but also, around the world. We are all concerned, we are all revolve around these issues. That’s why I appreciate more the concept and the messages they want to convey, especially in the last episode.
For sure, these stories are not for everyone but I’m sure, atleast one or two can relate to some people. Personally, my least favorite story is Paradystopia, however I really like the retro vibes, it was really colorful and fun to watch it but not for kids.
The first story about a scientist woman on the moon set the bar high in terms of the development of the plot, the acting (for Ink Waruntorn I was quite surprised because she’s my favorite singer and to me she did a good job interpreting her character). And again in terms of the production and visual effects.
The third story is quite sensitive as it’s about religion but it was a bit too personal so I found it very interesting and engaging. The actor who plays the monk, I’ve never seen him in other works but I really thought he was a monk for real, he’s really convincing. However, in terms of the plot, especially the ending I was a bit disappointed as I wanted maybe another proper closure.
The last story is very relatable to me (climate change) but they did in a comical way with dark humor I guess. I'm crazy but I think it was my favorite of this anthology and I was so happy to see the child actress, Tangkwa who’s really talented and a ball of ray of sunshine (I’ve seen her in some previous shows such as Jack and Joker and The Murderer), she’s a rising star let me tell you! Tthe other child actress, I don’t know her but she also did a great job and if it was her real voice, I applaud her, she’s got a really beautiful voice!
The cast was perfect, it was very engaging but I was a bit taken aback by the turn of some event, not really disappointed to be honest.
To conclude, "Tomorrow and I" delivers a nice small anthology of sci-fi stories with cultural aspects and personal elements from Thailand. I hope you can find among these 4 stories, the one that click with you.

(B)Romance is strong
I’ve watched School 2013 but it’s been a long time ago, therefore I didn’t remember much or nothing, that’s crazy, I just know Lee Jongsuk and Kim Woobin were in it, not more.So I think, this is a really good serie that depict mainly the special relationship (a deep friendship) of Saint and Shin, and then, in the background, there’s also some high schoolers’ conflicts.
What I really liked is that they took time to introduce little by little some events to catch our attention. The pace was good although I would sometimes find it a little bit too long or maybe, they were focusing on some details that were not that important (or even, what I didn’t consider important).
However, it was still nice to follow their journey, it’s like a bit of coming of age, family matters, friendship matters and even to adapt in this kind of society that being called « High School ».
The school bullying is still alarming, concerning along with a lot of fight scenes so it might not be for you for this part. But still, this serie was very engaging and I also think it’s mainly because of the dynamic of SaintShin (the two actors did a great job) that carry the show. Their bound is very special and precious.
Oh and I really love the intro song, it suits so much the vibes of High school frenemy.

A funny good (slightly thrilling) show
I just loved everything about this series!First of all, I'm someone who crave for spooky / horror / mystery with comical elements in a story and adding to all of this, some lovely and heartwarming moments. So, Peaceful property did all of this, even the touching / sad moments.
Honestly, I was quite reluctant towards Home's character but later on, it grows on me, I mean, I've finally appreciated this interesting and lovely character. I also love all of the cast, especially the gang, including Home, Peach, Pang Pang and Kan (oh and P' Suradech haha). I don't think other actors would portray those characters so well as Tay, New, Mook and Jan. The one who picked them, need a really good raise! It makes me laugh because someone in MDL said this gang reminds them of Scooby doo gang and I have to agree with them, except they don't have a dog..!
I loved every episodes (is that possible??), I was so invested and got taken aback by the turn of events, it really catched my attention from the begining to the end.
It might have some (minor) flaws in terms of the plot but in my eyes, as long as I enjoyed more and that it made me forget about it (I didn't really mind it) then it's still a really good serie that I would to recommend.
For the horror part, it's not that scary but sometimes the make up is still scary / creepy haha and I love some details in terms of the cinematography, I really like the colors they used, for the effects, for everything lol
Lastly, I would like to add that it also feel personal, I mean I feel like the director and / or screenwriters leave a personal message / touch behind it. Maybe it's my impression. Not only the funny side that they want to show but also, it's more than this. That's why, I love more this show because it's relatable and familiar.
I would do a rewatch for sure (I may already start it with some scenes lol)

A heartwrenching and beautiful story
It was kind of refreshing to see Daou and Offroad in this kind of serie, it's clearly a lakorn style but I like it a lot.I know, it's not really perfect however, it's almost a perfect one because it has everything that I appreciate in general. The story was a bit absurd but still really entertaining. It got me hooked from the begining to the end and I even wanted more but looking back, 10 episodes was enough but wish it was a bit longer in terms of the duration of each episodes. But it successfully made me going through several emotions such as sadness (as I mentioned in the headline, it was heartwrenching but I won't spoiled anything, I just want to prevent if you read this to prepare some tissues or be mentally prepared lol), frustration and happiness (and a bit more) LOL
The acting was also great and convincing, shout out to Daou for his first action scenes without a Stand-In! I also like all the support characters, espcially Joo / Chu who is really adorable and bubbly and the grand-parents (I thought they were her parents?) are also lovely. I just want to complain about the villains, they lacked some depth but again, it was still entertaining.
I also would like to mention that the cinematography was pretty nice and again, I love the settings and the sino-thai vibes with the mixed of superstition and supernatural / fantasy elements.
In addition, I also appreciate the OST and instrumental songs that are used are simply beautiful / nice to listen especially the Chinese version, sung by Daou, of theme song.
To put in a nutshell, "Century of love" is somehow an easy watch that keep you entertaining, not only with its interesting plot and cultural background but also the chemistry of the main leads that won't disappoint you.

Emotional and thrilling story
Deep down in my heart, it's a 10/10 but because of some details and some parts which are making me roll my eyes and it also got in my nerves, it's a 9,5 but still a great serie. Worth the watch and I personally love everything they managed to show us such as the cultural references and some investigations (people didn't really like actions scenes but I love it). It was not boring for me, it was entertaining from the beginning to the end. But also the romance between the two main leads. As I'm a Buddhist (yeah I know I don't like to share about religion and on) but I would say, I can relate to it more and I'm enjoying so much with the belief, the past life and the legend of Naga and Garuda.
The production of this show sets the bar high, it has some really beautiful scenes but I didn't really like the pixels and I didn't mean to see everything, it just that if they have to pixelize then, they could use another angle and it still could turn well!
I was a bit annoyed, mainly because some scenes were interesting but they cut it quickly (then maybe it's an editing problem).
But overall, I really appreciate this show and it's the rare one I watched several times lol
Thanks to this, I really love the acting of Billy Patchanon and also Heng Asavarid (he's a great villain, I love to hate him so much as Doctor Chalothorn!! Really he was the high light of this show, he was annoying yet entertaining and got me goosebumps).
I also like the rest of the actors / characters but for me Dr Chalothorn is the high light lol
The final episode was great but at the same it has flaws and there's a part in which I felt it was recap or a fanmade video so I mean, It was not that necessary, they could use this time to add some extra interesting scenes to develop the story (but I would say I didn't mind it but it just, it took "more" time than I thought. )
Lastly, I love that intro song and the rest are cute and nice to listen.
I would rewatch it despite some flaws but I want to say it's still a pefect serie since I really enjoy it.

A Heartwarming drama
So I watched the online version that has 40 eps unlike the 46 hereWell, I don't know how to start but in my opinion, it was one of the best chinese dramas I have ever watched. It was so relatable and realistic by the development of the story. What I also really appreciated was, they include other characters stories such as Li Jianjian's friends, especially her bestfriends.
It's true that I was so endeared when the three main characters (Li Jianjian, Ling Xiao and He Ziqiu) , were young and I was litterally binge watching those eps bt then, when they were adults, the feels were not the same but I was still attached / endeared by them. At first, I was touched/moved by one character and it was Ziqiu. Each scene, my eyes teared up when he appeared. I must applaud the child actor who delivered really well his expressions, and the teenager one / the adult one playde by Zhang Xinchen was a realy good actor. Whenever I saw him on screen (but it was mostly at the begining), he made me cry. I really like his character, I wanted to comfort him so bad.
And then, when they came to the story of Lingxiao, I also wanted to comfort him and I hated his mother but I think, it's a pity that in asian countries, they didn't give some professionnal helps (to see a psy) because I know, it was so hard for her since at that time, she lost her daughter. I feel like on one hand I hated her for her behaviour and she hurts her own son, Lingxiao, she litterally destroyed her family, impacted them, especially Lingxiao but on another hand, I feel like I pity her because they didn't help her (I mean to help her healing when she lost her daughter). But the actress was excellent.
I really loved Ziqiu's mother and when I wanted to hate her because she abandoned her son, I didn't hate her when I knew the truth and I'm glad for the ending she got. She's indeed a beautiful person.
Of course, I was jealous of Li Jianjian's relationship with those two haha but seriously, I really loved their dynamics and I don't know why, there was a moment, I wanted her to end with Ziqiu because, even though I knew it was only siblings energy but when they were adults, they were looking good together. But maybe, these two actors would collaborate again later, maybe because I'm sure, the chemi will be there!
I think, The spotlight goes to the dad of Li Jianjian, what a humble man! I really appreciated his character as a father (i think, the best father here) who was here for them.
I don't know what to add but each characters were interesting and relatable (well not everyone but some yes) but anyway, all the actors brought alive these characters. Go ahead teaches us some life lessons, how to be a parent, how to love each other as family (and sometime even when they are not blood releated) and friends and also, how to overcome obstacles in life. It's also true when, we grow up, we migt be not as close as before. It was so real, I felt that.
For the romance part, I honestly wasn't so surprised since I knew at the beginning with some details and differences.
As an Asian, I really relate to them and for me, Go ahead is one of the best slice of life drama and it has now a special place in my heart.
In addition, all the OST bring some magical feelings (well not magic but it brings something to the heart and to complete the drama), Beautiful soundtracks to listen, mostly before sleeping, when it rains or at night. It somehow, comfort us.

A realistic movie of an indigenous family
So it's going to be quite difficult to share my impressions, I feel like it might be not a really good review because it's a special one and I don't particularly find the right words to describe it, but I'll try my best.Ok, first of all, I've read somewhere the director or production team didn't hire professional actors (or maybe a part of them), they are people like you and me so it's not about who acted the best or not. I would say, it feels more a bit of a documentary and we've followed their daily life.
Now; "Gaga" is a movie that can relate to us and at the same time, it can't. It's because, there's indeed some family conflicts that I'm sure everyone can relate to it and on the other hand, we don't really know about their culture (that's why I said, we can't relate to them). For example: triggered warnings and if they censored it, it's also a part of their culture, it was still a bit hard to hear pigs crying (because they are kxlled for their ritual, it's a tradition).
I just wish, they could show us more and explain more about their tradition because I didn't know the Atayal tribe. I know that in Taiwan, there's a lot of diversity in terms of tribes and indigenous families.
Also one of the high lights for me are the landcapes, some shots are really chill and beautiful.
It was a nice discovery but it lacks something to be more invested and to be more interested in it.
