You know, I wonder why Samantha often gets casted in roles where she is considered plain and not beautiful. I've only seen her in about 6 series, but as far as I remember (correct me if I'm wrong), she's never played a role where she's considered pretty and popular. I've seen her portrayed as fat, chubby, and unattractive though, when she's anything but.
She also never gets main roles (except maybe 7 Project). I'm no expert, but I think she has main character material. Part of me wonders if it's because she's mixed. I don't know how true it is, but I've heard that some mixed Thai actors have a hard time securing main roles and getting far. I also heard that there's a bit of discrimination in the industry when it comes to mixed actors. Just a random thought. All I know is I'd much rather watch Samantha star in a main role than a lot of the gmmtv girls who get them.
Oh come on, season two? Really? I mean, I'm all for actors furthering their careers, but season one of this was enough. I know there are some people who want a season two, but if the second season is like the first, no thank you. I'd rather watch Bank and Mos in a separate series entirely. This show gets a 7/10 from me.
Episode 7 was so very sweet with such beautiful cinematography. BUT... I would had loved it more without the slow…
That's actually so sad that he's discriminated against because he's mixed. I think the actual plot of this show just isn't good, but they worked with what they had.
I have to say, I really love how true to himself Earth seems to be. He wears what he wants and doesn't allow haters and society to tell him what he can and can't wear or do. I think that's what makes him my favourite actor.
