I think Qi Yan still hides some secret to Yu'er at the scene in the forest. He covered Yu'er eyes when he said those words, maybe he is afraid to see her gaze of blindly trust to him?

They got separated after the massacre. And Ruo Yu doesn't remember her past, still unknown for the reason why. It would be explained later. Yan Zhi remember her past but after all those years seperated, she doesn't recognize her sister anymore, but i think she unconsciously did, because she keep helping her.

The synopsis refer to the FL character name in the novel, Bing Er. But in the drama, they change it to Cheng Ruo Yu.
The synopsis got mix the 2 name because they still used information from the novel but then use the name in the drama.

That scene in the forest is really touching moment indeed, it is kinda bitter but sweet too. He still think he is a bad person and deserve the punishment, but it is for a good cause, so she would not regret to have follow him.
And also the talk while eating cake when he had nightmare. By the way, Qi Yan's nightmare seems to always come true, he can use it to predict the future 😅😅
And we didn't get to see Yu'er jealous expression, too bad haha,, 😅😅
