I think they used the english title that MangoTV used for the drama. It is kinda funny, that the title different in different platform. WeTV used Dream of Chang'an.

So far, for the drama, WeTV only available in Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam and Philippines. Maybe they will add later.
