I really like Qi Yan characterization in the drama too, he is not the typical black & white character. It is a nice change to see this kind of story, it is interesting :D His character has layer of depth.
I have watched 6 eps so far. I really like Qi Yan characterization here, he is not completely good and not completely bad either. He was forced to behave that way in order to succeed in his mission. He is very smart & calculative. So far we haven't given any clues for his real force. On the surface he seems weak in power for now. Interesting part is how everyone has their own agenda. Even Prince Guang, if he really want to support Qi Yan, why he didn't strategize together with Qi Yan? Instead leaving him in the dark. Cheng Yi's acting is remarkable as usual, he can portray all the subtle emotion of Qi Yan, his arrogance, his suspicious nature toward people, his lonely state, his underlying suppress emotion when he is being misunderstood, and off course his suave look ;D And i really like the comedy element in the drama, it gives a nice balance to the heavy plot they have so far.
