I just know that if he doesn't remember her at the point where the drama ends, he certainly will like in the mortal arc(hence the flashback). He is attracted to her and maybe had dreams of her so it makes me feel at ease. If it weren't for the regulations..anyways. Loved how she sees him for the first time the same way she did in the cultivation world. That shot of Sima Jiao is chef's kiss. His eyes are sooo pwettyy

Liao Tingyan is such a great character perfected by the actress. Sima Jiao is gonna stay iconic too with Chen Feiyu's talent and handsomeness.

Came here to say how amazingly consistent LTY is but peeps have said it already. I love how smart she is. Not genius level but doesn't believe the bad guys automatically and wants to kill the male lead as your average fml would do.

Chen Feiyu is fxking gorgeous. I can't with that man. Cheeesus.

Personally, I think she is great. She can't cultivate because she is a mortal who gets transported into this xianxia world but she is smart, kind and empathetic. She is everything the ML needs. Hopefully she stays consistent. You should try the first few episodes and see if this type of FL is for you or not.

FL actually acts like a modern woman which is quite rare in these world hopping dramas. She is smart and empathetic too. Doesn't try to lecture the ML and is curious about his actions rather than judgmental. Thought this year Qiao Man would be my absolute favourite female lead but someone might end up there with her if Tingyan keeps it up.

Love the chemistry too, it is building up nicely, slowly but surely.

Yeah. And Wang Shuo always stayed a selfish little prick, doesn't deserve to breathe the same air as Wei Wei but especially Chi Cheng. He made him miserable for 7 years ffs and should we accept that they are now buddy buddies when he never repented? No.

33 minutes for the finale is crazy work. There has to be an extra episode, right? There has to be.. it felt like something was missing but it was a cute nonetheless

I'm glad Wang Shuo dipped all those years ago. Yeah, it wasn't easy on CC but the upgrade he got with Wei Wei made it worth it. Imagine CC living with THAT guy. Why is he back? They will never make me like him, he is a dick. And why are we spending precious minutes on the Wang brothers? 1 episode left and he still appears on screen..for what?

Cheng Lei sure as hell can stare, he is so sexy.
