everyone gets choices. he had the choice to listen to mother or get back with Lu Feng. he chose to marry. Lu Feng chose to be with Xiao Chen . i understand the choices they made and why. but I would be bias and still say Xiao Chen did wrong to Lu Feng but hey then there would not be any story to tell.

that realisation in Xiao Chen's thoughts was so good to read. I m glad it was put in right words ( translation) in the book. that line when Xiao Chen says never asked even once what should he repay him for 20 years of loneliness n pain. the way he realised even Lu Feng could feel pain.
