as someone who's following the webtoon, this casting sucks in terms of visuals as they certainly don't match. FL is sorta clumsy, dumb and ML is cold, but secretly warm....honestly the webtoon itself was cringy esp the recent update....i hope they do give her a spine or smith for the drama ver-

Love this than imitation and Hani's acting was better than what everyone screamed about lol. The problem would lie with the script and honestly jtbc did not promote it at all. Its honestly better than some of the dramas that were hyped in 2021

Dispatch revealed everything i.e. the actress is innocent and her 'victims' were her 'friends', the only issue is that court processes take a shit ton of time, and knetz were actually waiting for it to release, but kbs is dumb. Finally! I love Jaehyun and Hyesoo on screen, knowing Hyesoo acts really well and Jaehyun being my NCT bias, IM SO HAPPY!

As much as i think True beauty is fun, i actually could not sit through because it felt very silly....it had no substantial drama to make it stand out. Sucuumed to all sorts of cliches, i guess its a prime example as a story that couldve been done so so well.

Yeah, but she's pretty big enough to choose what dramas she wants to take, so i was hoping she could use that power and choose something different. She does take good roles, but i do feel the typecasting of her roles as a cute, charming woman. She could try going for different vibes, even if its not her favourite genre.

honestly if she takes this up, i think i'm in. But i also kinda wanna see PBY in an action-romance or spy themed dramas where she can both kick ass, be cute and funny i feel like she's getting typecasted into this 'fun-cute' girl.

Glad to see im not the only one who thinks like that, I mean the whole 'pitiful' second leads and giving them a narrative that either makes them pitiful or becomes evil is so tiring. There are so many times I've wish the second leads get their own pair.....kinda enforces the fact that everyone is their own main character in their lives.

honestly even in true beauty i wished han seojun and kang soojin had paired up, they had great chemistry and the story could've gone in a better direction.

WOW! I was literally gonna type these dramas lolol- honestly second lead syndrome depends in the way the ML treats the Fl. And I'm quite balanced too because i usually don't get attached to characters.

In Nevertheless, Start-Up- we see the second leads treat the leading lady the way we WANT the Male lead to treat her so. And honestly these two dramas+ true beauty might be the only dramas where i had SLS because their backstories and characters were fleshed out and written well. Most of the times, I'm heavily annoyed at FL because of her choices which seems outright dumb.

And rather than love triangles, i honestly wish drama writers give multi couples, Like DAYS or Run On because it allows us to see various dynamics in different relationships.

I will watch anything with IU in it....hahahah she's gonna be a badass in this too-

I finished the drama way back and i felt the same...had a formidable start and then dipped out.

Ahh i see you're promoting other dramas, but i wasn't here to hate on this drama. I do think this drama will be quite lighthearted and not make sense at times, but it won't be as bad as you say it will be. and DAYS was one of the best dramas released as it had both a sensible plot, phenomal acting and great cinematography. I'm just tired of the chaebol-poor girl plot, which is why i said that. However, sejeong and in-ah along with hyoseop and the other guy have acted pretty well in their earlier dramas. who knows, this might be that one drama that everyone will like, regardless of some illogic plot lines.

I'm still bullied, and honestly i just feel pity for the people who find the need to hurt someone else just because they 'find it funny' but its also not pleasant when you're called a 'bully' for fighting with someone and having discords.

I didnt really think id see a korean movie with bdsm themes but from the comments below its apparently tame? Interesting....i hope they make it into a comedy- sensual romance rather than acting outrightly like 50 shades. I want to see a movie where theres both people acknowledging their kinks without shame and be normal......and have a healthy relationship.
