Idk why you're so pissed but there's always a certain degree of hesitancy from knetz when idols act, they're usually casted for their visuals+popularity for the series to garner attention.

Its not a blatant assumption, I've just seen it in many places. Many actors don't get lead roles early in their acting career which is why they aren't too fond of idol actors and please Arohas are almost all around the world. Fantagio isnt a small company. I'm not making up things lmao, its just my opinion. He's gotten a lot of hate for being an idol actor, so maybe you're the one who's out here attacking me.

its crazy how much he's lined up for...i kinda get why actors hate idols. I love Eun woo, but he needs some more side roles and experince for him to actually deserve these lead roles. I feel like he's being casted because he's gorgeous and he can somewhat act. I've watched almost all of his dramas and while I do agree there's improvement i just dont feel like its enough to catch majority of the script.

I would've actually agreed with the "cliches done right" if they imbibed just a little more logic. Yet I see so many people here saying, "its a light show, don't think much of it."

I'm still a little not so impressed by the second couple, lol like being handsome can account for a crush but full blown love? Eh, I guess I'm the only one who felt JYS was sorta pathetic....esp when CSH treated her like that. However, I still liked how forward and expressive she was. And I do understand why CSH treated her coldly. It's just as a couple, it didn't make much sense. At least the main leads had certain reasons why they liked each other.

For me, the grandpa and the friend were super poorly written, lol i had to skip over some moments of their screen time because it was so aggravating.

I can say its a good stress buster, at least the female leads have a spine and aren't dumb. There's also some funny moments that I'll probably rematch and the cute scenes yk, just to torture my single self haha

I watched this for Sejeong, and seriously shes the only one who i like. A lot of charchters dont make sense, and im a little iffy about the second couple. I get the rich chaebol daughter, but shes sorta spineless as to how she keeps going behind Mr.Cha just because he's her "style". Like, yeah we get it theyre handsome but jesus christ get a grip. Honestly, the romance between the main leads were sorta better than them, but i hate how they used the "she's not like other girls" trope. But ig it at least makes sense. Well, it certainly was better than the cliche chaebol dramas that had a pathetic female lead who relied on a man and had no skills. Everyone just hyped this up because its a rom com with pretty leads and not so bad story.

Every nctzen blaming Hyesoo should stfu. Yes it was because of her scandal it was unfortunate that the drama lost hype, bur she was a victim, so stop acting weird. Second, they really couldve done the second couple better, but Hyesoo and Jaehyun's vibe was so pleasant to watch. I take this as a nice, short filler drama with decent acting

Oh my god yes, this is the first time i actually want romance in a drama. Not a cringy one, but a sweet yet subtle one that makes people understand that anyone can fall in love and be in love.

Lmao the story is so badly written and i cannot stand Song Kang's acting here-- Park Min young did not choose the right script at all--the age gap isnt the problem (8 years is nothing, yall can shut up your whining about it) THE STORY UGH. THEY HAD SUCH GOOD MATERIAL WHY COULD THEY NOT WRITE IT BETTER DAMMIT

MAN THE CASTING IS SPOT ON....park ju hyun can defo pull of the quirky fl and i hope kim youngdae can improve his acting but i already like him lol-- the manhwa is SO SO GOOD and the fl is hilarious as hell with her antics--

exactly... there's so hypocritical-- they don't like bullying but they ignore school bullying. there's bullying in workplace, almost everywhere yet when a scandal is proven to be false they don't give the benefit of the doubt to the actor and simply bully them.

I hope so because I think the cast might work out but to hell with some parts of the webtoon, I was so embarrassed reading it--

Yeah also....is it just me or i really see the chemistry between them both? I do think the director needs to deal with the pacing of the story but I like how we get to see the build up and the flashback....im hoping they bring those two together asap instead of the push and pull-

I still don't understand, me, a picky drama watcher, loves this drama . Only to find out knetz don't like it? HUH? I'm kinda baffled because so far it's actually very entertaining and lighthearted but also showing the professional sides to what we see on screen. I think knetz are not ready to accept that their idols have their own lives and can marry anyone they like.....

while i wasn't a fan of the africa thing, the later episodes kinda? redeemed it for me so I don't really think there's anything to have a big grudge against. I'm genuinely loving the interactions, plus the cast is insanely gorgeous and can act--

Also, is it just me or the plot twists we get overtime are actually nice? I like the fact that we have an assumption and it goes wrong, so we have to watch it to actually know the facts. I do think we need to amp up the chemistry between these two because all we're getting is intense KYD looks and a stunned fish LSK, I'm also not really sold on the love triangle.

oh the dispatch article is there but i don't have the link...honestly her agency is just doing what korean companies usually do--put them on silent mode and wait until a bigger scandal comes up. its honestly sad because i loved this pairing....but people aren't interested in knowing the truth, they just love making up their own stories.

I LOVE HER DAMMIT- so frustrating to see poor acting fl's takeover talented ones just because they fit the beauty standards. Honestly, Seul gi is super pretty too, her vibe and acting is refined and comfortable to watch....she has to be casted into bigger and better roles-

as someone who's following the webtoon, this casting sucks in terms of visuals as they certainly don't match. FL is sorta clumsy, dumb and ML is cold, but secretly warm....honestly the webtoon itself was cringy esp the recent update....i hope they do give her a spine or smth for the drama ver-
