That's it; I'm calling Shiba and XF "the elves" from now on; Legolas and Tauriel! The phrase in my head as they arrive on the scene of 48 on the rooftops is "the elves have arrived." Even at the end of sword fight in 48, Shiba jumps down from the roof in the same elegant manner elves do. Perfect for them. This is for folks who know LOTR/Hobbit references.

You're def not crazy. I'd say it's my second drama that I have such a strong attachment to but I've seen multiple of their modern and costume dramas. I think the emotional attachment to the characters and the storyline means production and cast accomplished what they set out to do.

Actually quick correction/addition, prior to the final seconds of the episode the last time Ah Sun wears his Tegin outfit is in that same episode when he gives chase to uncle asshole and She'er and then rescues CG from the burning palace after letting Wolf division and She'er leave to live freely.
