I hope they do that because we can’t have another pearl girl situation or whatever where ML does all this stuff just to die in the last episode or whatever it is. And I hope she stops being ruthless to him now even when she understands that it was him behind all of those other incidents. He did them to protect her, not like he did them to harm her.

I would like the ML on the FL to get together in the sense of mutual interests and common goals. So they have to I guess enter into some sort of a relationship to do that. I have a feeling they’re gonna get married later but he is the one who eventually thaws her cold, uncaring heart and warms it. My other thing is I don’t want to wait until like the last 10 episodes of the series for that to happen. I just finished a show where the ML had been invested since nearly the beginning of the series and the FL only came around in like the last five episodes. So I really hope that doesn’t happen here and we have a nice pacing where she transitions from this cold uncaring unemotional person into someone who does care about the people around her not just for business and what not and learns to love and the true meaning of it with the right person aka ML. I also don’t think the Emperor poisoned his own son. It had to be someone else though very much with power up the food chain maybe one of the concubines or the ED or something for whatever reason I don’t know I didn’t read the novel. I’m just guessing here.
