Yes, original IP’s are definitely more interesting because you get to talk about more theories and how things are going and who’s who and who’s really telling the truth and who’s not. You can have whole debate on that and I really like that. I remember when I was watching MJTY we had massive discussion threads and the comments I think exceeded 30,000 just from people constantly talking about what’s going to happen next because we did not have a book or an anime or anything to go on.

We are only on episode seven so I am just hoping that as the story moves this thing picks up because in the trailer they fought some pretty cool looking battles and that’s basically what I’m here to say. I want revenge and karma served cold but I don’t want these little political tea parties.

OK guys here’s the skinny of it. I spoke with a staff member and because this particular poster is on the original Chinese platform of this series that’s why it’s being used. It’s unfortunate because that staff member apparently doesn’t like it either but those are the rules and there’s nothing we can do about it. Just don’t focus on the poster focus on the drama.

Woof, I’m about to start watching this and I know exactly what’s going to happen and I have tissues ready just in case.

I’m actually very happy that even though DK is playing a much more clever role than he has in the past and he’s going toward arrogant protagonist. This is definitely a good role for him. He’s got the comic relief going for him. He’s got the fact that he’s an opponent of the ML in the beginning. Then he becomes ML‘s friend and helps with the exoneration and joins the squad to bring down the big bad wolf. Because to be completely honest, other than maybe love under the divine tree and some short series, I have never seen him play a protagonist. He’s always the big bad wolf.
