Chang Yi's recent drama's shoot is so exciting and it reminds me of this long waited drama every time I see new…
Based from the article that I read using google translation before, it seem his character in drama The Lotus Casebook is the most pitiful one LOL
Even in the trailer of his modern drama with Zhang Yu Xi that not airing yet, his character is suffering huhu
I read that all his role so far were his agency's choice and he is not a powerful enough to choose his character. I know he give good performance as main male lead that suffer and get tortured in his previous dramas but did his agency want him to be the ambassador of pitiful male lead or what?
But since Cheng Yi is one of my favorite actor, I still will watch all his dramas T_T
I read somewhere that Lou Yao is her ex, ex, ex fiancee . Then Yuan Shen is ex fiancee .AND Zi Sheng is ex ex…
Simply, it like this:
At first, Lou Yao was engaged with Cheng Shao Shang but they engagement get broke so he become her ex fiance.
After that she got engaged with Ling Bu Yi but something happen that make him also become her ex fiance.
Then she got engaged with Yuan Shen because of Yuan Shen's effort but she still in love with Ling Bu Yi. Yuan Shen broke their engagement when he finally realized that she really love Ling Bu Yi and she get back together with Ling Bu Yi at the end.
They split long dramas into parts to be able to change what days of the week the drama will air.
The main reason Chinese dramas get split are because their government current rule limit every airing dramas to just 40 episodes. If I'm not mistaken, this limit started at the half of year 2021.
Since this dramas has more than 40 episodes, they split it into 2 parts.
If we observe, if a drama already filming for more than 40 episodes before the current rule is set, yet it didn't got split into 2 parts, it will get edited out to just about 40 - 43 episodes.
For example, drama Love In Flames Of War, the drama production filming the drama in year 2020 for 50 episodes yet it aired just 43 episodes in year 2022. And I'm really sad because I really love the chemistry of main couple in that drama T_T
You know there's a difference between an actor and his played character...
Right! In fact I become his fan after watching his other dramas. He is an actor that has good acting skill with manly appearance. I want to see him more as main male lead in dramas T_T
I love all Lee Jae Wook performance in his dramas but his role as Jang Uk is the best so far because of the way Lee Jae Wook brought his character development to us audience. https://twitter.com/mudeokie/status/1547617736615858176
I really want talented and manly actor like Liu Xue Yi to act with my recent crush, Chen Du Ling!
For Chinese modern romance dramas, I mainly watch thriller, mystery genre with slight romance recently so I don't want them to act together in modern romance dramas.
My pick for them is republican era melodrama but if not they can act in historical era romance.
Majority Wu Lei dramas that I watch were historical dramas where his character is a serious man so I kinda get whiplash when I watch him acting goofy behind the scene.
I hope one day there will a historical Chinese drama where a main male lead is a military officer, prince, or high status man but his character has a bit funny crazy/goofy. But it must be really hard because it wouldn't look cool for a "main male lead" in historical era LOL

sad ending-SE, happy ending-HE, open ending-OE,
so when you write SEA it remind me other sentence LOL
The ending of their dramas were not necessary sad ending but they usually not satisfied me haha
But maybe they will give good happy ending for this drama because if not why Jang Uk mentioned about marriage in here.
Just to comfort myself LOL
I'm not familiar with all abbreviation for dramas LOL
