I read earlier parts of the novel that been translated, main male lead and main female lead interactions are quite funny LOL

I also like that the crown prince who is the main male lead is a cunning character.

I'm excited to watch this Korean drama because it historical setting will not be in Joseon dynasty!
If I'm not mistaken, Daeho is a fictional country and that's good so nobody can complain about distorted history or whatnot.

I wish many other Korean PD and screenwriters produce more Korean historical drama in dynasty other than Joseon dynasty too.

But I know it quite hard since the costume and set for Joseon dynasty is easier.

I like Lee Jae Wook and Jung So Min as actor and actress but since Hong Sisters are the screenwriters, I hope their script will be good because their previous dramas were quite hit and miss for me.

There are many upcoming Chinese costume dramas that I'm excited for them to be airing on year 2022 but I'm most excited about this drama because this is Chen Xing Xu's first xianxia drama!

I'm also happy that the main female lead and second female lead won't fight with each other just because of main male lead since there will be two pair of romantic couple in here.

I need take break from "main female lead and second female lead fighting/become enemy with each other because of main male lead" trope in Chinese costume drama
Like, why couldn't you give another man for second female lead, screenwriters? =_=

Other interesting part is according to novel, main female lead is not the typical sweet innocent character but. Please don't change this part screenwriter!

The most antihero main male lead in Chinese costume drama that I watch so far is Goodbye My Princess but it quite understandable because he is a prince that want to regain power and avenged his family member but what is the main reason for main male lead doing all that to main female lead? Did the author has a sadist fantasy?

Still, I also had watch Thailand dramas aka lakorn with many crazy plot and main male leads too so.....

But I believe 1000% the drama production will do massive change with the abusive and misogynistic part. We are already in year 2022 huhu
