He already had a sad ending with his wife in drama Goodbye My Princess=_=

In that drama, he is a prince of an empire then become the crown prince and his main female lead is a princess from another state then become his crown princess.

They get married for political alliance but then fall in love with each other. Sadly, that drama has sad ending (just look at that drama's title LOL)

A bit similar with this drama since he is a crown prince of the heaven realm and his main female lead is a princess of the human realm and they get married because of their betrothal although his bride here got switched haha

I read some earlier chapter of the original novel of this drama but can't continue because the English translation is quite confusing.

I don't know about characters of the main female leads in his other dramas but even all these his dramas that I watch have this kind of same where he is "a cool and smart" character, his main female lead characters are smart and cool too just like Zhao Lu Si's character in this drama.

If they reunite in another drama, I hope they will choose a good script and not just any script because some main female lead in Chinese dramas are so annoying that they make me want to knock some sense into their screenwriter and PD LOL

-She get edited out because the rumor spread on their media is true.

The rumor is the actress has an affair with the director of this drama.
While the director and the producer (the producer is a woman) of this drama had affair started from since they worked together for their previous project, drama Ancient Love Poetry starred by actor Xu Kai and actress Zhao Dong Yu as main lead. After that the director cheated the producer and currently(?) they are exes LOL

You can see that even the director get kind of blurred in videos of the behind the scenes of this drama. That is the power of producer but yeah, that show she is not a professional person.

All the characters in this drama that have "Feng" in their names are pronounced as Feng but is written in different Chinese words that give different meaning.

They only kind of confusing to people who doesn't understand Chinese language like us.

The drama title is Who Rules The World and the main male lead's real identity is a prince of one of the states.

Of course the plot will involve political palace schemes.
