I like Peng Xiao Ran since Goodbye My Princess and plan to watch her upcoming dramas but I really really annoyed with some of romance dramas that make the main female lead has romantic entanglement with more than two guys. As if love triangle trope is not annoying enough especially when the second lead give you second lead syndrome.
As for the cast, other than Peng Xiao Ran, I only know Wang You Shuo from and Young Blood, Legend Of Yun Xi, and The Blooms at Ruyi Pavilion. I like him in those dramas although he only acts as support role there. Hope the main male lead, Jin Han can create chemistry with Peng Xiao Ran here.
Actually I can be patience to wait for the English subtitles.
But I wonder, if this drama gain many viewers will MangoTV pull the same stunt that they did to The Sleepless Princess with Zheng Ye Cheng and Hu Yi Xuan?

The actual drama script end with annoying open ending. The director mentioned it as "realistic ending" 0_0 which I disagree with but when filming the crew changed it to the happy ending that make me forever grateful about it.

Usually for low budget Chinese historical drama, the main male lead character is dashing/cool and smart while the main female lead is bratty/silly/goofy/naive and sometimes make dumb decisions. But since that how the script was, how is it the actress fault? She only follow the script given to her that written by the screenwriter.
