Idk....the extra episodes felt so out of place. They did not make sense with the rest of what we have seen. I…
I agree with you. I feel like episode 59 was the real ending. Because if they wanted a happy ending from the beginning they would’ve try to milk it for more money. But I guess so many people were so upset with ep 59, that they made a happy ending to appease everyone. I mean I don’t hate that they’re happy, of course that was my main goal from the beginning. But it’s just the way that they edit the ending wasn’t good. It just popped out of nowhere. And its weird to have ep 60 and 61. I mean what’s the point in making a 7 and a 8 minute video separately. They should’ve just made it episode 60 and cram those two episodes together.
I know I’m just minority here but I actually liked it better without the two specials. I felt like the two specials were just like out of place. And they were just doing it to appease everyone. I know that everyone wanted a happy ending but I felt like it wasn’t cohesive. Anyways I’m happy that everyone got their happy ending.

I agree with you completely, I think they should have tried harder. I don’t even know if they can recover. My entire childhood I remember thinking TVB dramas were superior to mainland dramas. Now it’s the complete opposite. Also, I used to think they treated their actor good and paid them well. Turns out all the veteran actors say that they were treated like slaves. Basically all of them were underpaid and overworked. It’s heartbreaking for me to hear stories like that. Especially when I thought all those actors were doing such a good job and should have been treated better. 😞😞😞
The first drama that I ever saw her and was the kings daughter (historical kdrama). She was really good in that drama, from then on I was a fan. If you haven’t seen it you should give it a try.

Yes , Charmaine looks amazing here. And your right, the old tvb was really good. The last tvb drama I watched was Silver Spoon, Sterling Shackles (2012). Haha, I feel like tvb lost there magic. I can’t explain it. I’ve tried watching a few current ones every now and then, but I lose interest in the first episode. However, I have to say the 80s and 90s TV dramas were magical. No one can beat the original ROTCH and LOCH. I’ve seen all the remakes. A few were okay but they cant beat the original.

Thanks for replying, because I’m watching the tvb series and I’m so confused. Because this story seems similar but the main actress character is different. The 1999 version is pretty good too.
Can someone who watch the tvb version The Flying Fox of the Snowy Mountain (1999), tell me if this is the same…
Because while waiting for this drama I am watching the other one, and it seems like the lead actress is MRF daughter. But in this drama its Yuan Zi Yi. So I’m confused who Hu Fei gonna end up with. Thanks .
Omg, lol only after watching this entire series did I realize that, Lu Ming is the Fox 🦊 Immortal / Dan Zhu / Moon Immortal from Ashes Of Love (Xu Feng’s Uncle). No wonder his face looked so familiar. 😹😹😹 Now I will go rewatch then entire series again just to see his face.
