I'm glad we think the same about this drama, I thought that maybe I'm too picky or sth. Maybe if the few first eps weren't so awesome I wouldn't have such high expectations, but well... it kinda disappointed me with the latter part. And yes! Your thoughts about the ending - that's what I was struggling to understand too, it just didn't make sense to me... The more I thought about it, the more plot holes I was finding, so I've decided to finish the drama and not think about it anymore :D Such a shame, if only they stuck to logic it would be so awesome ;(

From my experience I can say that yeah, they have at least as many j-dramas as DC, if not more. I've stumbled upon goodrama.net while I was looking for a j-drama that I couldn't find on DC.

But in her case - I don't know how to explain her remembering it all. I was guessing that it could be sth like memories from your past lifes, you know, reincarnation and stuff, that you remember some things you shouldn't, yet you do :P And also this romantic crap about their feelings being so strong that she still had him in her heart blahblah but it's too sappy for me. Also, somewhere around ep 10, when it started being a bit too melodramatic, I wasn't watching it as attentively as before, I just went with a flow and wasn't trying too hard to understand the drama's logic.

As for SkipBeat - I loved the manga but I hated that the new chap are being realesed so slow, so when I heard there was going to be a drama version of this I had to check it out, even if I have never ever seen an asian tv series :P And then I saw Siwon, I thought that he's kinda hot and well... the rest is history ;)

Ok, so yesterday I came from work really late, saw your message and because I had similar doubts about the plot of Nine, I wanted to write you back asap. So I wrote for like 3 seperate message boxes and the boom! accidently I pushed the wrong button and my whole message vanished...... I'm crushed ;( I'll try to reconstruct the wholr thing but maaaan, that previous message was so fine :P

Ok, so let's start with Nine: as I said before, yeaaaah! I know what you mean! In my opinion it wasn't properly explained why do some people remember their lifes in other timelines. I guess that when somebody knew about this whole time travel thingy they were aware of the moment the past/present changed so they had those memories, they were the witnesses of the present changing.

Lol, you sure are fast! You're on ep. 9 (of Nine, haha!) already! :D I'm guessing you still like it a lot?
Haha, yeah, I was amazed too, first episode and the OTP is already kissing, and wow, they are really KISSING, not just touching lips or sth. How do you like the main guy? At first, I couldn't concentrate on his acting because I was constantly watching his ears, which are VERY expressive (strange, I know!). It's like his ears are moving in their own voiliton, haha :D But as soon as I got used to it, I found this guy really fitting this role - I have to watch other things with him!

As for Gintama - ufff, I'm relieved then! I'd be super-disappointed if it wasn't as good as it was for the first 200+ eps. This anime is my instant mood booster :D I used to loooove Skip Beat very much, it's because of this manga that I started watching dramas anyway ;)

When you start watching Nine let me know what you're thinking ;) And are there any animes in particular that you plan to watch or will it be a random choice? ;)

As for Gintama - I haven't caught up to the most recent episodes, I've stopped watching somewhere aroung ep 210 or so but just because I'm more in a mood for western things. As far as I've seen, Gintama is still as hilarious as it was at the beginning, but boy, I'm starting to get worried. Did it loose its spark? Nooo, anime, you can't do it to me!

Btw, do you know the tv series called It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia? It reminds me soo much of Gintama - the main characters in this one are also selfish, but still lovable jerks, just like Gintoki and the rest of the gang, also the sense of humour of it is super-similar, with all those jokes that are... hm, politically uncorrect to put it lightly ;P

Co do mnie - ogladam sobie powoli Autumn's Concerto; bardzo przyjemna drama, nic ambitnego, ale jakos mi podchodzi poki co. Ladnie zagrana, scenariusz troche "cliche", ale ze smakiem raczej, no i zawsze chcialam zobaczyc tego oslawionego Vaness Vu, ktorego do tej pory kompletnie nie znalam ;) Tempo ogladania to odcinek na 3 dni, wiec poki co na MDLu nie odznaczam postepu ogladania ;D

Hahaha, w sumie rozumiem, czasem lepiej odbebnic swoje i miec spokoj umyslu niz byc wolnym strzelcem czy jak to sie zwie i wyrabiac sie do deadline'u (o ile dobrze zrozumialam i wlasnie w takim trybie piszesz ;)). Ale z drugiej strony - bycie panem wlasnego czasu jest baaaaardzo kuszace! :D

Widzialam Twoja mini-recenzje na feedach i coz, nie zachecilas mnie do obejrzenia "All About..." :D 9Ends to dla mnie bardzo solidna drama, ale jak na pierwsze ogladanie - potem moze troszke nuzyc, bo jest bardzo dobrze zagrana, ale w sumie wiele sie w niej nie dzieje ;) Widzialam jak ja bronilas i zgadzam sie w 100% - powiedzenie, ze to zla drama z zlymi aktorami to dla mnie bliznierstwo! Co jak co ale aktorstwo bylo naprawde godne nazwania masterpiece ;) Ja po prostu CZULAM, ze te postaci sa prawdziwe, czulam ich chemie i przyjaxn, dla mnie bylo to bardzo naturalne.

Calkiem sympatycznie uplywa, tylko jakos inspiracji mi brak, bo poki co tylko praca-dom, dom-praca i tak mija miesiac ;) A jak u Ciebie? Odpoczywasz na urlopie czy praca wre? ;)

I jak ogladanie? Wciaz faza na anime?

actually, it's not so uncommon in dramaland. I've seen at least a few dramas with an older woman ending up with younger guy, so don't lose hope ;)

Uhh, yeah, I Do I Do was kinda boring and... boring ;) I was struggling to finish even first ep. As for Nine - in comparision to other k-dramas this one is really something. It's full of surprises, you never know what will happen next and its script is original, but for me it had also some flaws. I was so hooked on the first eps that my expectations were really high, sadly even this drama couldn't avoid some cliches that made me annoyed. They weren't big but still, I expected something mindblowing and was left with something solid. Still I higly recommend to watch this one ;)

Osz Ty, o tym kontekscie to nie wiedzialam, bylam pewna, ze rzecz sie dzieje w Japonii, a tu prosze, Europa i to jeszcze taka bliska ;) A tak z ciekawosc: bohaterowie zachowuja sie jak Europejczycy czy np zdejmuja buty przed wejsciem do domu i mowia itadakimasu przed jedzeniem? :D
Jesli kreska realistyczna to kolejny powod, zeby to anime zobaczyc - ja wlasnie nie trawie tych wszystkich typowych anime-chwytow, czyli tak jak mowisz, kolorowe wlosy i giga-oczy. Taka stonowana kreska jest jak najbardziej dla mnie ;) A tak wlasciwie to skonczylas juz ogladac Monster czy jeszcze sie delektujesz? ;)

Widzialam Twoje zachwyty na mdlowych feedach ;) Zawsze mialam to w planach obejrzec, ale Twoje zachwyty tylko to przyspieszaja :D
No, ale Monster jest troche takie ambitniejsze, no nie? W sensie nie ma haremu lasek itd, wiec co sie dziwic, ze u nastolatkow wygrywa Death Note :D Mi sie Death Note troche kojarzy z taka "przasna" ambitnoscia, w sensie, ze to takie "masterpiece" dla ludu --> niekoniecznie jest super-genialne, ale na tle innych popularnych anime, to jednak cos soba reprezentuje :D
A Monstera obejrze, moze nawet niedlugo - dramy wciaz mnie nie ciesza, szukam natchnienia, moze znajde je w anime ;)
