Well not just best bit of acting of her but of anyone in the drama. Again the drama doesn't demand much from anyone. It's just ridiculous that you point her out.

The last scene of ep 2 when she sees his pictures was clearly the best display of acting we've seen in this drama and brings some subtlety to a drama that is pretty void of any nuances.
Not that she deserves a Daesang for this. I'm just sayin

But all of the music in the drama in general is just so bland. Nothing memorable. It doesn't add anything to the scenes. And the editing as well btw. They play a song for 10 seconds to then abruptly cut away. A lot of kdramas make way better use of their music.

For sure. Jeon Mi-do is the only one who brings her character to life and allows me to connect. I cringed when SYJ had one of her emotional outbursts. Of course the writing & directing doesn't help.

Different expectations or not doesn't change that the writing of this drama is incredibly contrived and the direction uninspired.

Great start. Exceeded my expectations. Shows a lot more psychological depth than most other serial killer kdramas.

Very good first 3 episodes.
The childhood connection feels a little out of place in an otherwise so grounded slice of life drama.
And wow i just spoiled myself by reading the mdl synopsis...

As an only occasional cdrama watcher i don't quite get what all the hype is about. But the drama becomes quite nice after a rather messy first episode. It is really about time to move on from the dad storyline though.

I quite like her so far. Let's hope it stays that way.

The drama strikes a nice balance. I was never bored.

Haha. Yeah i don't why but it took me 4 attempts at different occasions to get through episode 3 without falling asleep. Then i watched ep 4 and it put me to sleep again lol. One could say i am just always tired but i watched Grid immediately after and i was hooked throughout even though it's arguably less exciting and more deliberate.

Probably not. I am struggling to get through it as well. There are some good approaches but the drama is just sooo heavy handed.

Who plays the cancer patient in episode 2? I swear i know her from somewhere. The voice seems familiar.

Not really. It is more grounded than a Makjang. The term is broadly misused.
A drama about rich people doesn't make it a makjang.
