They should not have hired a child actor for the FL role eventhough she starred in the original. So many female actors to choose from that could have been amazing. Crazy that the producer offered to her when she was 12 or13. It's unfortunate that I have to agree with the negative criticism above. Anyway, I wanted to support the ML , I think he's great, and liked the Princess Agent's story but I'm out for now. Going back to watch the prequel. Hopefully they'll redo this sequel again in a few years.

Not sure if that was intended but you sound angry. Anger doesn't help conversations. Nor do labels or namecalling. Communication matters and part of that is allowing people to voice their thoughts without facing aggression. And no, my comments were not terrorism nor is it any form or extremism.

To me, my tv drama time is my time to ignore the real world. My comment is just me saying, I don't like to see anyone's presence or any acts/scenes that make me uncomfortable or think more than I'd like to, proven in reality or not, cast any shadow on the hard work of others and a project I'd like to just sit back and enjoy stressfree. So, if there was a choice...I'd wish for that presence/situation/series of events to be gone. Is this realistic, especially for entertainment tv or dramas? Of course not, but I can admit this is how I felt and have a conversation about it.

I'll give you another example; I can't watch John Wick again cuz his dog was brutally killed in it. I wish that wasn't part of the show, it was unnecessary IMO and I'd like to see that wiped out too. Now, I also understand some people thought it was an important part of the movie. That's ok with me too cuz they are still supporting a project of someone I really enjoy (❤️Keanu, you are amazing!). In relation to my prior comment, maybe the above actor's scenes were important to you. Good for you, and you can watch it. When I rewatch Love's Ambition, I'll just skip those scenes. No anger or 2nd thoughts but for my convenience, someone else doing this for me would be much more convenient.

The dramaland stuff being said, I know in real life corruption and government abuse is real. Truth, integrity and justice is important. Standing up to bullies and the unjust is also important.
Unfortunately, It's all over the world, not apocalyptic in my opinion as these atrocities have been around since the beginning of time, and we as individuals have very little control. Still in the important moments, there is a time and space to use our voices. Our judgment on the latter is challenged more everyday. I give credit to those who have more capacity than me to speak more on this but I cannot. My daily life is draining enough.

Emotions are too high in the world right now, especially online. Myself included as I felt way more attacked and defensive that I think I should've to your words. I'm going to work on this.

There actually is some correlation because of Fan Shiqi staring in a guest role. I support the drama and Lusi but wish there was a way for him to be removed/wiped from this drama. I want to see #justiceforyumenglong as well. It's disappointing how interwined everything is and how challenging it is to seek truth.

I agree. It's incredibly sad, frustrating and heartbreaking. Although difficult, I hope enough people will remember the names of these people involved and not support them or their activities. I will be doing my best. Shame on them all indeed. They shouldn't be comfortable looking in any mirrors.
