Do Han’s character is the most likable at this point. Something feels off with the writing on the main couple… And the whole situation doesn’t feel fair to Do Han… contract is still a promise.
His work in Like Flowers in Sand was so impressive! I cannot recall another drama that would require from an actor to undergo so many transformations at once: body change, modify his accent and to top it - learn a new skill as a wrestler and then act it as if you are a real thing. All of it was masterfully achieved by Dong Yoon. Bravo!
They do this 90% of the time in k ent when giving english drama title. 😅 First they release the literal english…
I guess my question is more or less rhetorical. Unfortunately this strategy for marketing focus doesn’t always reflect drama essence as much as an original title.
Why is the change to the name different from an original which was closer title translation? Google translate returns 졸업 as graduate. Is this word can also be interpreted as graduation?
Moreover she is having a hope that ml likes her. Mainly after what had happened in the mall. Like how the ml reacted…
I feel bad for her… she got multiple messages that ML might be into her - from his brother and then on her wedding he was clinging… Oh well that adds some angst to a story.
It was a very enjoyable watch - loved the actors, humor, great chemistry and the kisses (ML really knows what…
My only complaint is the writer’s choice for drama’s sake - to make ML so irritatingly stubborn to forgive FL. That was overdone - even though he was deceived once, one should still be able to distinguish between a person who genuinely cares about you versus the one who uses you. Poor FL apologized and practically begged 3 times and even then he wouldn’t come to her - she had to come to him…This didn’t feel right to me and I thought was out of ML character. Thankfully it lasted for only an episode (or two short ones) and we had our nice ending.
It was a very enjoyable watch - loved the actors, humor, great chemistry and the kisses (ML really knows what he’s doing 😅). When so many dramas fail to capture my attention, this one did from the first episode. Overall it was light and warm throughout. The show also delivers a meaningful message about S. Korean labor dynamics or more precisely the weaknesses.
I only seen ML actor once in Hello, Me! and really liked his acting especially here. He carries great comedic presence and his performance seems playful and effortless. So as the FL actress’s. They seem very natural couple these two. And did I mention the kisses?! 😉😊 I enjoyed FL’s dialogs with her mom, which brought great words of wisdom. The office politics weren’t too much (those make me yawn). And finally, the ending was perfect to my taste - the one that wasn’t rushed and felt warm like a cozy blanket.
There are a lot a stones being thrown in the comment section. Nuanced character discussions seem to be a thing…
I agree there are lots of crybabies in the comments especially when the show is airing. The best ones announcing they « dropped it » (do they think anyone cares?!) … I ignore those negatives and look forward for the positive fun ones - it does bring certain excitement to watch the show together separated by continents but sharing something together. Cheers to all the drama addicts in the world! 😉🙌
Cameo appearance of Jung Kyung Ho was precious!!! Love love love when they do crossovers! Didn’t even recognize at first that actress was a pianist in Crush Course in Romance. And they even used the music from CCIR. 👏👏😀👍❤️🌹
The first two episodes were a torture!
As for marriage - works when both don’t feel trapped… 😅

P.S.
My only complaint: 👇
