He slowly learns that she is quite a softy at heart and she is just acting tough. He saw how she interacts with people and is never cruel.

Through each episode, we can see QF slowly feels something for SiTeng.

Just finished ep 17 & 18 ... wow ... interesting.
So DZG is YFR's master and the guy who revived SiTeng from vine to human for his own greed. Glad that he is finally dead and won't disturb SiTeng anymore.

My understanding of Mandarin is not 100% perfect so please correct me if I'm wrong. Did SiTeng said that neither she nor BaiYing is the real SiTeng? And that they can split themselves up like a branch but their power will not be 100% as they are split from original owner. Is my understanding correct?

SiTeng suspects that QF might be the descendants of BaiYing. And BaiYing body went missing during transportation.

Love the part where the 2 boys were trying to draw blood from QF. Why don't they simplask him for it ... that's simple enough. Kekeke

Weibo is trending crazy over BJT first kiss scene. Lol Everyone squeal and going crazy over last night's episode. That car kiss was definitely very sweet and swoon worthy.

Hats off to both Sandra Ma and Bai JingTing .... this drama shows truly their top notch acting. The car kiss scene ... wow! their nervousness on a date, the nervousness of being together alone in the car, their first kiss, their body language to facial expression and voice etc ... just wow! Amazing acting! Sandra n BJT totally nailed it to the minor details. It's definitely not easy to act that way when one has done many kiss scene ( like Sandra) and I'm sure both have dated before. Hahaha... Mika & XKL dating and falling in love with each other certainly looks like teenagers in love but with bigger budget. Kekeke

Mika & XKL first kiss was chaste and simple like how an inexperienced lovers would first kiss. Now if they go French kissing at first go or all hot over each other, it won't be believable anymore. Kudos to both of them!

Hahaha...can't get over their silly expressions upon reminiscing their 1st kiss ... especially Sandra with her smooch smooch lips action on the bed. Super cute

What I like about this drama is that both actors really make it so believable that they draw us viewers into their world and experience with them once again what it was like dating abd liking someone for the first time and having the first kiss.

I think she was weak because she absorbed the strong power of Shen YiDeng and she also help to neutralise the poison for the little boy so that he can be taken out of the cocoon. The little boy was barely protected by the necklace that SiTeng repairedfor him. The ShenYiDeng power is powerful for her weak body, That's why she needed to cocoon herself to heal. And also because she was just recently awakened so she is still weak and doesn't have her full power. That's why SiTeng can't let ShenYiDeng know that she can win against her.

It's better than DOTS.

It's amazing how both Sandra Ma and Bai Jingting pull it off completely and so believable. That's great top notch acting. Their awkwardness, body language. It's really how a shy inexperienced individual feels and behave being in love for the first time and on a date. Kekeke

Yep. She pointed out a lot of things that we viewers just take it for granted. Her observation really open my mind and eyes viewing it differently now. Our SiTeng is really a badass girl! And she didn't even have to get nasty to scare people to shut. She does it ever gently with a cold look & smile. Lol

Lol...glad I'm the only one who is wondering about that. I think SiTeng removed the spell she put on him after the ordeal they went through and QF proved to her that he has undying loyalty towards her just like YFR.

She did say to YFR that she regretted removing a spell on QF or else she can find/feel him easily through that connection.

Not sure my understanding is correct since my Mandarin is not A1 standard. Lol

Well ... he does have a rich guy's look and also boss look. The way he carry himself and the aura he gives out spells Rich, confidence and boss. The way he speaks too and his voice.

Apparently yes but we do not know if BaiYing did die from the fire that YFR's master set on her. And it seems like DZG might be YFR master. How he changed his look, guess we will know later when it unfolds. For now, DZG is watching YFR and gang from a distant.

Simply can't get enough of XiXi and DuanXu chemistry. They are so darn adorable and dorky.
Before this drama, it was hard for me to see/imagine any chemistry or pairing of SongYi and Wei Da Xun. They look like a highly unlikely couple. What do we know? Guess the director knows better than us. Kekeke

This drama is simply Wow! Wow! Wow!
A must watch drama ... it has mystery, suspense, a bit of underlying romance and gripping episodes. It really makes the viewers anticipate and wanting more after each episode.

Wish it is sub up to date so that more
International viewers can watch it.

So far we see QinFang first Gf was drown in the pond when she was accidentally pushed into it by a guy (who later turns out to be QinFang biz partner) when she tried to help him. His second Gf, Anman, was later killed for beads that she didn't have by her ex lover's enemies. So I guess his final Gf will be SiTeng.

She died from her wounds in ep 13/14. Frankly she was just looking for true love. Unfortunately her ex lover made use of her to find spme precious beads who in turn was made use by his lover (descendant of the rickshaw guy who is supposed to guard the body of SiTeng) to find the beads for her. She found a good man in QinFang and sincerely loved him but her past catch up with her Unfortunately. Sad ending for both Anman n her ex lover.
