Tonight's ep are so sweet. Our boat is off sailing now. ML heed his right hand man's advice to open his heart to FL. FL now has a better understanding of ML thru the stories from ML's right man. :)

Got this link from a forum. Apparently in the video, it shows that Qiao poisoned Yuanniang (1st wife) n ordered Shiyi to be killed. ML flew in n kicked butt save FL. Not sure if the clip is shows real culprit is Qiao or just misleading viewers.

Finally XiXi found out about Liu Ke and the assistant. Glad that was out. XiXi was right. If he had been up front with her right from the start, she wouldn't have wasted her time on him thinking they could still patch back.

Again the assistant was unprofessional in that she pushed LiuKe app to RuXue's wedding client without first asking RuXue for permission. Enjoying this drama so far. Xixi's boyfriend is such a louse. And the bridal shop assistant was definitely flirting with him and leading him on and then acting innocent. I'm glad at last he told her the truth that he wanted to break up with her long time ago. It will take XiXi a while to accept it as emotions are not like tap that one just switch it off. It is always harder for the one who got dumped to move on as they didn't see it coming and wasn't prepared for it.

Hope it is just a misunderstanding and not Hupo trying to seduce the Marquis. In those days, opportunistic maids will try to seduce the master and hope to be taken in as his concubine.

That's why it is a drama and a fiction (not a non-fiction) and not real life re-enact story. A fiction tends to gloss over certain stuff as it is written out of a writer's imagination. I have not read the book so i don't know if writer wrote it accurately according to the era or not. As this drama is adapted and very loosely based on the book, we will just have to watch it as it is and enjoy it than killing our brain juice and self over all the inaccuracies of a fiction. If this is a non-fiction drama, we certainly have lots of bones to pick.

As it is in the drama, we the viewers are already getting pretty upset over the injustice...is it necessary to correct all the inaccuracies and act it out per according to our views and get all work up and start debating about women's rights for that era? Hahaha ...Viva la vie! Live and let live
