The story is this: Our FL Shi Qi had an older sister (probably not a biological sister, but an older girl who took care of her, as both of them seemed to be orphans). That older sister got forced to be a prostitute to pay for Shi Qis medicine (that's why she got the tattoo on her back, to mark her as property of the brothel) and they got separated. Shi Qi was probably still very young back then, so she does not recognize her sister's face as an adult. That older sister forced Shen Qin, the prime ministers daughter, to swap faces with her so she could lead the life of a noble girl. She imprisoned the real Shen Qin, so the truth would not come out and gave her the same tattoo she had and removed her's. After living in her new identity for several years, she was supposed to marry the general, but didn't want to because she was in love with the prince. So, she found our main girl to swap faces again.
So, in the end the villain is the sister who has Shi Qi's face. The girl with the tattoo in the pool is the real Shen Qin who has the sister's face. And our FL is Shi Qi who has Shen Qin's face. Yes, it's a face swap triangle. I would say, they don't swap back because the sorcerer who could do that is dead.
Planning to watch this someday. Is this good? Is it worth the time to watch this?
It is a great fantasy romance drama! I agree that the ending is a bit rushed in parts and the villain feels a bit silly sometimes, but overall this is a wonderful show. Beautiful to look at, it made me laugh and cry. I gave it a 9.5/10 and I am quite harsh with my ratings. Have watched it three times so far.
This is an excellent story. We start with the female lead having amnesia because of a car accident. For some unknown reason she has an estranged relationship with her husband of three years. Slowly they warm up to each other and become a loving couple, only for the dark past to slowly become unveiled. The drama tackled some dark topics like sexual asault and depression, but they managed to make it often sweet and funny by giving the female lead amnesia and reverting her back to her 18 years old self. They also kept the tension up by giving more and more information about what happended in the past and by threatening to destroy all the bliss if the fl remembers. The male lead is an especially green flag who is respectful, honest, trusting and loyal. Definite recommendation!
Wow, this did not age well! I remember finding this entertaining when I first watched it years ago, and Nika is still a very likable female lead. But the sexual harassment by a teacher and the victim blaming at the end make this nearly unbearable to watch for me now. I guess, I should be glad that I became more sensitive towards these type of topics.
I totally agree. Going in with tempered expectations won't even work, I think. The beginning is so exciting that it gets you hyped for the rest. And then it lets you down.
This might be the greenest of green flags of the bl world. Asking for consent, respecting other's peoples boundaries and even a varied portrayal of different sexualities and that everything is okay in its own way. Add to that sexy actors, great music, lots of humour and a decently interesting storyline and you got this little gem of a drama. I had a great time watching!

I couldn't agree with you more. I am really enjoying this show so far! The first episode made me laugh out loud a few times and even though it got a bit more serious, I love how it feels like an actual real work environment and not a fantasy.

There is also Agency (2023). I haven't seen it myself but have seen plenty of clips of this rich daughter (she is not a CEO I think, but probably a Chaebol) who falls in love with her secretary.
This might have been the first time I wanted the villain to just shoot the two leads. Noone this stupid deserves to survive these shenanigans. I gave this a 5.5 and that only because I was laughing a lot watching this.
