Well...here I go...At this point...let her be a demon and move on! I can't stand it. She is like a child that…
My thoughts exactly. Nobody talks about anything and LYF needs to do that the most.
How about get the fuck out of the Peak? He keeps talking about going back to the Peak. The Peak straight up sucks. She is a sitting duck in the Peak. As long as everyone immortal hates her, and as much as she enjoys her freedom, she is not fucking going back to the Peak.
He is already ready to go. All he had to say was, "maybe I shouldn't be the immortal sage" or threaten retirement and everyone went insane. How about just do it. You're ready to go. Just go.
There are legit no conflicts stopping anybody from fighting one another, or talking to one another. The writers just don't have any one interact because ... it isn't time yet. It looks so lazy and dumb. Drives me nuts. If this was a book I would have DNFd it already.
Honestly, I am doing this for Jeremy. It could have been a great part and maybe it was once, but eh. No. I wanna go watch Autumn Ballad to wipe my eyes and brain clean.
I haven't even started watching and already this seems like a major waste of time. i do hope that the ending is…
It will end happy but a huge waste of time and badly written misunderstandings, and as Lucille Bluth once said "getting off on withholding" from the writers.🙄
After this mess wraps up, we going to Royal Rumors and taking over that comment board? I see there a couple other apprentice / master stories coming. Are those gonna be butchered too? Why adapt them?
I am already watching the Starry Love but I want something to look forward to that won't let me down like this.
Honestly this drama isn't for everyone and while I DO understand that some parts can be better written with care…
I'm riding this drama out for Jeremy, and because I love lovers that suffer, but I can stand back and call out poor writing when I see it. I'm not rating this / reviewing it until it ends. Right now, it's more than a 5 but it ain't a 9 or 10.
Oh found this scene! That deleted scene in the ice prison. Wish it wasn't deleted though. https://www.facebook.com/reel/749696590060893/?sfnsn=mo&mibextid=6aamW6
He does such an amazing job with expressing 'conflicting feelings' and love.
I'm getting annoyed how they write the sects. They keep talking about how they don't wanna go to war... NEWS FLASH. THEY ARE ALREADY AT WAR. THEY HAVE BEEN AT WAR. THEY HAVE BEEN OPENLY DOING THINGS WITH CHONG ZI FOR YEARS AND KILLING PEOPLE. It's like the writers are purposefully stalling anybody doing anything with the immortal sect and the demons.
The other issue I'm having is how LF just started having a poison heart attack in front of her and she had no idea wtf it was. She was concerned and didn't put two and two together. Another example of the writers not wanting to reveal anything.
I'm just really annoyed with how this is all going down. Yes the story has gotten interesting but it's lazy tropes and poor writing.
I'm very much looking forward to this, especially since The Journey of ChongZi is such a disappointment so far,…
Oh boy. He seems pretty reserved and laid back. I don't care for gossip and rumors either, and I hope he doesn't get any from his popularity increase. He just needs to stick to focusing on acting and building his models / toys. lol
I liked that she didn't embrace the demon sect initially despite the fact with all their manipulations to get…
I liked this too. You can tell that she doesn't agree with either side and would rather be her own person, but she keeps getting yanked around. She belongs to no one without her say and she should not have to settle with someone forcing her into a marriage or telling her that she needs to doom the world for the immortal sect and their dumbassery.

I dont think this should have been adapted if this much was going to be cut or screwed up post editing. Wonder what the author thinks of it all.
