I'm still mad he has been diagnosed with the issue for four years technically. I thought his doctor (lol) told him to lay off Chong Zi thoughts for a month or whatever... was he really getting horny enough for her without seeing her to derail it. There are times when he isn't triggered and times when he is. Is there a level or a guide to what counts as a trigger? Because sometimes he is saying things that sound romantic and he isn't triggered and sometimes when he isn't or you have no idea he gets triggered.

I am so excited for Royal Rumors, I'll be all up in the comment page when that drops. Maybe modern day and historical are his strong points? Which is a shame because he can do a fantastic job but his fantasy just tanks. I see those future projects and I want to see filming start on Chang Ling. Dylan is rumored to be in that so hopefully it will be good? But yay for someone else loving Autumn Ballad and Be My Princess. Those are some real gems and no one will take them from us!
I noticed her diction got better! Guess when you go evil your voice has to change to represent "bad ass". ๐คจ
I am staying away from Choice Husband. Everyone said that was a wreck.
I can see by the teasers HE SHOWS UP AT THE WEDDING AND TAKES HER. So I mean, cool... but he should have just admitted he loved her from the beginning. He may have had his heart suffer a bit, but then she would know what he was doing and she would set a course of action to get some cure and tell him he was an idiot for doing this to himself. He keeps creating problems and instead of fixing them he keeps tourturing himself. So thank god he leaves the sect.
When that counselor had a mini stroke at Chong Zi showing her face in Episode 28 at the Immortals hang out, I really thought he was gonna die from shock from Mu Yuns reveal.
Ugh. At least Selina Kyle from Batman Returns had a better write up for going off the rails and riding the line between good and evil.
I honestly want to scream with how bad the writing has gone. Me. Someone who said wait, me who hoped for pay off. Me, someone who follows and supports Jeremy.
Well, here we go....I am still trying to get over CZ hanging for 3 years and no one seeing her. You mean, no one…

I'm kind of angry Jeremy took this role, unless a lot of stuff ended up on the cutting room floor. Yes, he flexed his chops but the end product is not all that. I'm glad he has gotten popular and he has another show coming up. I'm kind of scared of him taking on another fantasy role after this train wreck.
Gotta wait a little today to watch the episodes but the trailers for 30 and 31. Perfect. Thank god he is taking his woman AND PEACING THE FUCK OUT. TOOK HIM FOREVER.
These recent episodes are the lowest peak in terms or writing. The screenwriter has a low IQ and cannot justify…
Honestly. If the scriptwriter is keeping them all to the end and nobody dies or they keep them all alive and they do nothing, I'm gonna complain. The only one I like is the dude who counts on his fingers. He doesn't feel like he cares about the people he works with.

THAT. THAT DROVE ME INSANE. I was like, I dont see any of the sects suffering or having a hard time, why does YF need to get married now. At this moment.
I don't care about this marriage. I don't care about any of the other sects.
Every time a demon shows up, especially the ones who showed up to dick around with the dragon king... they didn't chase after them. They let them go. The one guy literally showed up in the demon king palace and... he let him go.
They have so much evidence on the demons. It feels like conflict of the week with them.

I'm just pissed right now. Why adapt anything with demons or evil people. Like fuq, what was the point of this show if this is what happens? The show has been reduced to soap opera drama in an immortal sect where gossip and who is hooking up with who is more important than curbing some demons who may or may not bring terror back to the world.
The writing was never good. From the start, it was lacking. Then it just get worse and worse.
Listen. I was willing to ride it out hoping that the events in the second half of the show will assist. ... but it's not looking good. They need a miracle to clean this up.

what the fuq... specific circumstances, so why adapt this? This is a multilayered show / novel and dicking around with YF, CZ and the demons is not cool to me.
Right. I hope the demon arc is super amazing to make the show go out with a bang. I'm hoping the 2 episodes tomorrow…
Yeah. It's a shame that Jeremy's character is getting some crap writing right now. I was on board with it... until these last couple episodes where he keeps making dumb mistake after dumb mistake. I can't tell if he is doing it because 'love makes you do stupid things', but it is a poor example of it.

*slowly draws eyes close* Are you serious right now? The reason the demons are absolutely tanking is because of censorship?!??!? What is it they are doing that is putting up red flags on this?
Now that I've truly finished the most recent episodes, I am upset re: the writing. I expected better of the writing by this point, but I truly get where everyone is saying that it's gotten bad. I'm still enjoying the show and sticking with it to the end, but it has had some messy episodes now. I get that they had to wait for the time is right, but the demons are really badly written.
What do they do? They have technically proven themselves time and again they're creating issues and hurting people, but the immortal sect doesn't get rid of them or puts them in jail. WHY. The mystery aspect and their way of writing for that is not well done.
I'm also not digging how they have turned YF into an idiot. Before it was Greek tragedy writing, but now it's... I really don't think you'd have these thoughts or explanations for your reasonings.
If the demon arc is gonna be as messy as it was in these last couple episodes, I feel bad. :/
