I can't wait for YSZ to grace the screen again. He and DYX had awesome bro-chemistry in their previous show Moonlight. I can't wait for DYX to have some bratty scenes and YSZ calmly talking him out of them.
Damn was doctrine leader super human? I had a feeling he literally went after every single person's families to…
That leader was Fagin from Oliver Twist on evil juice. Grooming all those kids because his weak ass couldn't leave the Sect. Then, the cruel irony of the sister being alive all this time and them never knowing one another but as rivals in the sect? Heartbreaking. If they knew who they were to one another, again, plays a 'what if' - could they have made it out? Would things have been done differently.
I really applaud the writers, the only issue I had with this was how shitty the story was handled with the Sixth Brother - what the fuck was doing for eight years? The information he gave was little to nothing and yet the Sect leader did give him a shit purpose, but, who is to say someone else who already didn't harbor jealousy over Seven would have reacted the way he did?
I don't think this was a BE but rather a SE. But I do agree with your reasoning. JZ portrayal of finding out about…
He did so damn well in that scene. It was that scene from Romeo and Juliet with the letter from the friar. If it would have made its way to Romeo would he have acted so rashly? If he [our hero] trusted his gut and saw her when they passed one another, would he have gone to the sect? Would his brothers make it out alive?
I keep forgetting she has a year to live, and he hasn't told her yet about the issue / him being in charge of the group that molded her into who she is. I wonder how that's gonna come about.
LXY is adorable with playing a man who is a gentleman to his lady. It's cute to watch.
Honestly, if this ends with a HE I'd like to see them continuing life lowkey / step down from royalty, cause it seems he feels better when he's not in the palace.
I mean, the ending is right there in the synopsis, not sure why so many people chose to watch & complain when…
Right? Like, damn. People are being turned off for the wrong reasons - it's a sad ending but if you don't like sad stories, you're missing out on a gorgeous, well acted story.
The reunion of Sword Team and 6th brother, I find too shaky. The guy who's been on the cover for 8 years hasn't…
Oh totally, that was the shittiest plot of them all - he didn't do anything behind the scenes besides give them the location of the sect... He was a tragic character though, but the writing for him was a shit build up.
Do you call this a sad ending after watching the last few minutes? I think it’s one of the worst endings any…
Ditto lady. Also, to answer - I think he respected her. He knew she was gone, but he respected her choices. The master said she died with dignity. She took her life because god forbid she die loosing all her happy moments and her body is wasting away.
He was respectful, and while he grieved in the begining, he saw that she didn't heal just him but two others who seemed to be beyond saving. She saved people, she did the impossible for them.
The ending was beautiful. I like tragic stories, and I feel the build up in the last five episodes was great. I cried because I cared about everyone and the moral of the story is love, chance and what if.
But damn, he was a loyal hubby to the end. ðŸ˜ðŸ˜¢

Luckily I got to work remote today, so I was crying in Ep 29... but here come the last three episodes and they shall break me more.
