My only worry is they'll wake up one day and axe it, cause that's Netflix's MO, Avatar barely got the go head for S2, it was this π€ close to tasting the sharp edge of that axe.But ahhh, how's this guy going to handle all that screaming though? π
CHG at the end there doing his self pity speech, I'm sorry but am I the only one who couldn't give less of a shit…
Ha! I was like 'just commit suicide and save us the screentime wasted on you, we got bigger fish to fry, boy!' and then when he cut his neck, I was like 'you haven't died enough times in this drama, NEXT!' π I've seen many despicable drama villains, but I've always been able to understand their POV, maybe even sympathize a little with them, but this Chu brat, I cannot can, I roll my eyes into my skull everytime he showed up from around episode 10 π
This screenwriter has Second Lead bias because I cannot believe after everything Chu brat did, he got to walk back into the capital with a 'if you do it again' ultimatum, he's going to do it again! And Nan Heng might not actually be up to the rescue cause he doesn't look like he's handling that stab would well. We've officially gone into the anticlimax of this drama, or not π

This show didn't fumble the bag in the ending, very refreshing!
