I've the habit of inquiring to myself as to why I liked and disliked a drama after I've finished it.Most of the time I'm able to find the answer with the help of logic.Like in case of Giant,I knew it had many elements,sub-plots and twists worthy of admiration.The acting by the cast was superb.But it also had elements which caused me annoyance and frustrations.In the end I wasn't able to overlook those flaws and accept the goodness of the story..hence the low rating.

You'll like it IF you like mystery dramas as there isn't much romance :)
Has it ever happened to you that you've absolutely loved a drama but you find it hard to explain why you loved it? You know it's not flawless and you can also understand if others don't share you opinion but you enjoy it nonetheless?

Hi!! steciLovesDramas, thank you for the review on God's Quiz season 3.I watched the first two seasons and loved them.I was hesitating to try season 3 as I knew Detective Kang wasn't going to be there and I really liked her.I was afraid that it would disappoint me and affect my impression of the first two seasons as well.However, your review was very encouraging and I think I'll be watching this as soon as the subs are out :)

Ah I had a really hard time rating Dr. Champ!I didn't want to rate it 7 as it seemed too low.I couldn't rate it 8 either as I've rated better dramas(which I'd recommend to other people) 8.So I settled for 7.5 in my mind ;)
btw do u remember that short reference to Prosecutor Princess in episode 2? It was pretty amusing (:-)

Yep.I'm a fan of mystery\thriller\psychological\crime dramas and Galileo was a pleasant watch.It had the fresh idea of using Physics to solve crime.It It created the fusion of the supernatural and science.I've been a fan of Shibasaki Kaou since Good Luck and she was even better in this drama :)

Haha I thought I've got permanent vampire-phobia after the advent of Twilight!! :P
However, the reason I was able to complete Vampire Prosecutor was probably because I had completely fallen for that smile of Yun Jung Hoon! o(???)o

Overall, though it wasn't something extraordinary,it was a pleasant watch nonetheless.It didn't always fill me with anticipation of the next episode but I fairly enjoyed each of them.

I don't feel attracted to hot-headed and immature guys at all and therefore, if I had to name my least fav character, it'd probably be Park Ji Heon.At first I thought I wouldn't be able to accept him to be together with Dr. Kim but somehow it all worked out in the end.I especially loved the ending as I really wanted the medical director to stay at the national center.I also thought he deserved to be happy and the possibility of reconciliation with his ex-girlfriend made me happy.
Another thing I admired about the story that it didn't avert attention from sports with the entrance of romance.Rather they gave sufficient time to both to glow at the appropriate moments and thus preventing the drama from getting boring.

Hi omnichelle, I finished Dr.Champ.It turned out to be a better drama than I thought it was and I enjoyed it more than I thought I'd....surprisingly! ;-)
I reason I didn't expect much from it at the beginning was probably because of the cast.I liked Uhm Tae Woong in "The Devil" and Kim So Yeon in "Prosecutor Princess" but I'm not fan of either of them.
However,As the drama progressed,I came to love Uhm's character the most.Except those occasional moments when he was mourning over his lost relationship, he was really cool! I could see why Dr. Kim Yeon feel for him.
Dr. Kim herself was also very impressive.She was strong and I liked how she dealt with Park Ji Heon's childishness.... most of the time.

Haven't watched Ice World yet.But the person who recommended Legal High mentioned Ice World as well,so I have it on my PTW list :)

Kagi no Kakatta Heya was a good drama.But it's a bit surprising that a mystery drama got the award.
Ohno Satoshi did a good job as a weird genius but I can't believe they chose him over Sakai Masato!I see Matsumoto Jun also got the award.I watched Lucky Seven and to be honest, I don't think he was that outstanding.Could it be that they have are a bit weak when it comes to idols?! :P

I heard a lot about Q10 too but haven't watched it yet.LIFE is all about school bullying.But it was so exaggerated that I found it hard to feel for the characters.Not a bad drama but not a great one either.At least that's what I think :-)
Hmm yep there are quite a few dramas that I regretted watching.The ones which made me feel that I've completely wasted my times are-(Jdrama)Hanawake no Yon Shimai,Jotei,Kaseifu no Mita and Yankee-kun to Megane-chan.
(Kdrama)Goong S,Lie to Me,Dong Yi(surprisingly!!),Take Care Of Us Captain,Manny and Delightful Girl, Choon Hyang.These are the ones I can remember right now :)

Hmm the other teacher dramas I've watched are-Dragon Zakura,God of Study and SCHOOL.However, they all seemed similar in one way or another.I haven't watched GTO yet.One of my friends,who has watched both GTO and TQC and whose opinion I always consider with much regard dismissed GTO as an worthy opponent of TQC.I still plan to watch it though, just don't know when I'll get in the mood ;)
Have you watched Nobuta wo Produce? It's not a teacher drama but it also deals with school life, friendship and growth of the characters through tough times.I liked it a lot :-)

I myself is not in the profession but one of my close relatives is.I get to hear from her the challenges she has to face from time to time.Fortunately, in our country the problem is not so severe as it is in Japan or Korea...not yet that is.A new law has recently been passed which curbs the authority of the teachers on the students and I fear the day when the issues presented in Queen's Classroom come true here as well.
I didn't know you are a teacher! It's one of the most respected professions of all! although I don't have any personal experience, I do have a vague idea as to how sacred yet how hard this job is!Bravo! d(^_^)b

Yes a few things in the drama are exaggerated..sometimes even to point of being unrealistic.But the story itself with the thoughtful message it tried to convey and the social issue it tried to portray had won my heart even before I finished the whole drama.Who knows!Maybe I was a little biased when I rated it ;)
I initially thought of giving it a 9 but then I watched those two excellent specials after the drama.They supported and justified the main story so well that I couldn't but give it a perfect 10.

Thank you for recommending Legal High to other drama fans.I feel very bad when good dramas are underrated or don't get the recognition that they deserve.I haven't watched Meitantei no Okite.Is it good? Should I give it a try?
I saw you write that you like to find overlooked Gems and spread love for them.Therefore, I think I must mention one drama to you.Have you watched "Queen's Classroom"? It's undoubtedly one of the best yet one of the most underrated dramas here on mydramalist.I'm now on the mission to raise popularity of this drama among the drama fans (^_+)

You thought right.A party in a proceeding can not introduce new evidence during trial unless he has mentioned it in the prior list or was granted permission later on from the Judge.That's why Komikado said that he would retract the evidence and re-submit it.However, it doesn't quite matter whether that evidence gets accepted or not. His main goal was to put the belief in the audience's mind regarding the use of ghostwrites of the composer(don't remember his name).The damage was already done and Komikado knew that the press was not going to let go of this topic which was fatal for his career."Once the crack appears,it'll be easier to split"-that's what Komikado though I believe o(^_^)o

The things I didn't like-the typical,annoying and self-proclaimed "oh-I'm-so-unfortunate-as-no-one-loves-me" pathetic characters like the ex u mentioned.The return of few more characters(I don't think u are there yet let's not give any spoiler ;0)to over-complicate the story.I also think the blend of many genre worked both as positive and negative point for MARS at times.It did make the story richer,however all of them were not allotted equal time and attention to blossom and as a result you can't help but feel that there's something missing or incomplete at the end.
SEE!!you are not the only one who struggles to maintain the length of the messages! Every time someone asks my opinion over any drama\movie, I end up writing a review!!
