Another beautiful episode. As a teacher I’m highly considering using this as a teaching supplement for all levels of humanity. Excellent film on the highest level and if they manage to keep at it or even more, hands down this is the best yet this year, and possibly all time as a personal choice.

I’ve liked this from the beginning, not a secret if you’ve by chance read my comments. This episode has yet to be my best yet though. So much feels…tears even. Yes, so many well executed themes…honesty, sibling relationships, growth. Lovely.

Finally jiaqi and his wife talk it out. There will problems here and there in relationships. In this situation as a viewer I can see where it lies. Both can say their relationship was fractured, more so from her perspective. No matter what though, the fine line is stepping into the boundary of dishonoring your vows. Don’t know how theirs end but he would definitely be a great man to forge forward.

Could you live with a spouse after they cheated? Let’s say you never acknowledge it but decided to just live with it. I don’t know how a relationship continues in a meaningful way if ever. I guess it could happen but I tried over and over to put myself in that place, I really don’t think I can do it. Jiaqi is one special kind of man.

Yuan….she definitely wins the hearts of viewers. A hard life thrown at her yet she persevered all that she could take. Now caught in the middle of corporate power play. Still a pawn in the world of more yet with a heart of sympathy and care. I hope to see good things for her.

This is so complicated. The relationship. I don’t know how this moves forward with the leads relationship. Previews says wife stands up for husband. I don’t know how it pans out but yeah, it’s complicated.

At this point I can’t stand the wife. How does a couple recover from an affair. If he never expose it and just carry on pretending it never happened, is it possible to pick up the pieces as normal. I don’t know maybe we’ll get this lesson from this story as it seems that is his intentions. Forgive and forget….or just forget????

I can’t sing enough praises for this drama. This episode was perfectly executed. The emotions, the writing, the acting, cinematography…it just makes for a perfect story to settle into.

In the workplace I’m reminded that ordinary workers work hard to get by while behind the scenes the uppers work hard to climb over each, no matter which way. Why has this become a normal worldwide culture. Both leads are beginning to care for each other. Great episode.

Somber as it is, very powerful indeed. I love the relationship of ml family. Their family reminds me of mine. No matter what circumstances any of us are in, we’re tightly nit. The love and respect for their mother, same for uncle however unsecured and inconvenience he is, and then the bond of the brothers. Love it.

Yuan is young but her ability to survive is heartwarming. So many thought provoking moments to absorb and reflect. How can two people so different in age yet so connected somehow be wrong. The dynamics are strong and it’s such a great watch to see each life of the characters here develop. It’s a treat.
