That's what i thought. We just see from different pov. Loving someone who doesn't love you back is really painful. And that's what happened to SL. We can't expect much from him to be someone with an extraordinary character like JBZ considering where he comes from, where he grew up. His meeting with MY in the past made him hope that there were still people who appreciated his existence. His admiration for MY gave rise to a feeling of dependence, protection, liking and even wanting to possess her. Likewise, the treatment of his father and brothers made him want to become stronger to protect himself until he can no longer be controlled. In the end, the storyline has already established him as a villain after all.
I don't justify SL's bad character, but I also don't blame him for being like that to MY. The way he forced MY to drink his heart's blood...He can't think clearly like JBZ of course. In his mind he only wanted to save MY no matter whether the method was right or wrong. His actions made MY feel guilty and owed her life to him. He took advantage of this situation to ask MY to marry him in return. Poor SL, he realized that he would never get MY's heart so he dared to do that.
As I said before, they have their own reasons and the causes of each action. ✌🏻
Sigh... yall be like hating STL bcs of his obsession with MY but the opinion is different if it's JBZ 😮💨. I can't even hate STL after seeing what he's been through.. No offense but each character has their own limits, their own reasons for do anything to protecting themselves and their loved ones..
The storyline is quite good and full of intrigue. Kudos to the actors and actresses who portrayed their characters perfectly. Their emotions, their eyes, their gestures, their anger seemed to reach the audience. No boring episodes. No dragging. The story is fast-paced, organized and well-written. Throughout episode 24 until the end, I often held my breath and gripping my seat bcs I was immersed in the story. Their costumes are really pretty and luxurious. Their camera work and cinematography is also good. And most importantly they provide the best ending.
Hands up to the production team for their hard work. 🙌🏻 This is Zhe Yuan's best project, imo. I like his character sm.
Yup....I like my fair share of angst in a drama, but really have to have a happy ending, even if it is rushed.…
😆 I'm actually still looking for it now. But there are some that you might have already watched. Sorry if most of them are old dramas. ✌🏻 But, for me so far no one has beaten their stories. and you can't find it in any dramas anymore.
