However, as far as losing powers after giving up the love seed is concerned, that is not the case. The consequence of losing the love seed as they explained (and I understood) is that, she will absolutely forget every memory of the person she loves the most and her heart can never feel/fall in love. It isnt supposed to make her powerless. In fact love seed has protected Grief Tree, which is a source of her powers. Therefore, power wise she is stronger now not just because of tree but also because DFYC washed her hands in water with his blood mixed for 3 months to make her immune of Purest sun flame.

Although the storyline is a bit choppy, the script can be stronger, and scenes less repetitive, I'm still hanging…

She doesn't raise him. In fact no one raised him. He was provided with shelter because the outside world was no more safe for his survival. Many people wanted him for his blood. He decided to come to Tushan on his own while running away from his killers because nobody can enter Tushan without permission as it is some kind of spell protection at the boundaries.
He was allowed to live in Tushan for their own selfish reason. His blood was important for Tushan as well, and they did not want anyone to kill him because he was the only one with this special bloodline, though the entire Tushan began to love him later, and THH couldn't even think of sacrificing him. She never really thought she'd sacrifice him. If fact she has been protecting DFYC parents since before.
DFYC had been made to do small jobs from day 1 in Tushan to pay for his shelter, food, clothing etc. He lives in a small place by himself, cooks all by himself does his own chores and odd jobs to earn (even when he was a child).
Tushan has always been wary of humans, hence, he wasn't even taught all the cultivation and magic techniques like other young spirits. However, being the smart boy that he has been since childhood, he kept on learning everything hiding away.
Yes he grew up in Tushan under the protection of Tushan headed by THH like other spirits, but was he specifically raised by THH. No, that is not the case.
In fact I remember, there was once a time when he missed his parents, THH clearly told him in her own way, that he should expect anything like that here in Tushan.

Books, food, shelter, help.. whereas another poor DF(YC) had been struggling to make his ends since day 1 in Tushan.. hahaa.. not even a single free meal. Forget meals he has to pay even for medication, for the injuries caused while saving Tushan girls.
Though DFL, will never (not even in his dreams) be able to transfer his expenses to Tushan chief, like DFYC could to his 'Yaoxian Jiejie'. Onlu DFYC can do that.. 😃

However, if saving THH and others is the consederation factor here, imagine the number of time DFYC has put himself into danger. He stabbed his own heart anf fed THH his blood to fight JRF who for a change had an upper hand. They could not go back in time to change things, but poor guy had to even pay for his medications.

I know for a fact that there will come a time when grief Tree will bless DFYC with the most beautiful feathered flower. However, it did not lessen the hurt seeing his hand empty when he confessed his love, wishes, hopes and desires for his one and only beloved THH. his 'Yaoxian Jiejie', standing all by himself, under the Grief Tree, desperately hoping that his words will be heard

The glue works better when the surface is clean, no dust.. As of now THH is covered in dust in form of responsibilities, guilt of killing DFL.. He is cleaning off all this dirt and dust, so when heglues himself to her, the bond is so strong that its unbreakable for multiple lifestyles..

I did see the epilogue, but after a very long time because I had no idea there was separate 7-8 minutes video. Therefore, till the time I got to know about the epilogue, E36 ending was the actual ending for me.
