Yep, I've recently noticed this ongoing war on MDL when i gave my opinion on a drama, and i got crucified for it. I'm just a drama watcher giving my thoughts, I'm not on any sides. So how was the romance here?

I'm happy you feel the same way. It really would've been better. I probably would've rated it higher if it had that story.

Yeah true, i agree. It would've made it a typical kdrama, but i love it. I want all those cliches, i never get tired of it.

It's really good. I like the story, romance, chemistry, and the FL. I loved her pursuit and interactions of the ML. I would've preferred the story to be a little different. I think it would've been better if the leads were lovers in their first life a thousand years ago, and together in each life after that, even if she wasn't aware of it. Then the other male character from the first life would've also had feelings for the FL in the first life and current life but lost out to the ML. Then, in the current life, he was trying to deceive the leads by implying it was the ML that killed her, and it was himself that was with the FL. Then the FL would believe his lies and end her relationship with the ML, and even trying to hurt him, while accepting the SML's feelings, (even if she doesn't really have feelings for him). But then later on, she would remember everything and try and win him back while getting revenge on the SML. That would've made a really good story.

Thank you for your response and for your time. I've watched Pinnochio, Dr Romantic (season 1), and Shooting Stars. The others I'll try when I'm finished a few dramas on my list. I think the dramas you mentioned don't quite fit the criteria. As you mentioned, the triangles end quickly, whereas the SML triangles usually last the whole drama. I just remembered there are two dramas that come close, Doctor Stranger and Refresh Man. They had very likeable SFL's, especially Refresh Man. Have you seen them?

Any romance? Especially between IU and Seo Joon

Hidden Love also came out of nowhere for me. I didn't know it was coming out, i just stumbled on it and noticed it had a 9.2 rating. So once it finished airing i immediately watched it. But while i did like the romance, chemistry and interactions, unfortunately i found it to be draggy. I got up to episode 21, then put it on hold. Now I'm watching See You in My 19th Life, I'm on episode 4 and so far so good. But Hidden Love is not the end of the story for me, I'll be back, i just need a break from it for a while. I was starting to skip scenes, and i don't like doing that.

So basically what you're saying is, don't mention other dramas, don't ask questions as to why a drama is highly rated, and don't criticise any aspects about the drama even if it's something as small as calling it boring because God forbid it'll upset the fans of the show?🙄 I understand it's difficult to understand ones intentions over a message because of obvious reasons like facial expressions, tone of voice, and so on. But making an assumption, judging, and being prejudiced is on you. It was unnecessary to respond disrespectfully to my original comment. This comes down to viewers on MDL getting triggered and becoming defensive when they hear someone saying something negative about the drama. There is no battle of the dramas, there is no war. Just accept that people have different opinions, and it's their right to give it whether it's positive or negative. Show some respect, don't be toxic, be better than that.

I don't understand why they insist only high ratings are allowed and accepted in the comments. It's like there's a battle of the dramas going on, and I'm smack bang in the middle of an ongoing war.

Ok, well that's something i need to find out for myself, just like i tried with this drama. Not everyone has to love this drama. I'm not saying i hate it, i do like the romance and chemistry, but it's just a little boring for me.

This isn't about this drama vs other dramas, this team vs that team, me vs you. It's about watching and enjoying all drama. Why did you feel the need to respond in a negative way causing conflict? All i said was I'm finding it boring, so i need a change, I'll start watching something else and come back later. There's nothing wrong with giving an opinion on a drama in the comments. That's what it's here for. What do you mean by " genuine watcher"? Do you think I'm just pretending to watch? Go look at my completed watch list and tell me if I'm faking it. Not once was i disrespectful, it was you who responded in an unkindly manner.
