Yeah this is a rare gem where the FL has the "role" of ML xD in a love story.....she work hard for them…
That’s not the same thing at all. The roles aren’t reversed, because the ML would only ever have feelings for the FL, even if there were other female characters around him. But in this case, the FL develops feelings for the SML, and that’s unacceptable. So no, it’s definitely not the same.
I was planning to watch this, but then I found out the FL develops feelings for the SML. I don’t mind love triangles, but only when it’s clear that the ML and FL’s hearts belong solely to each other. Once the FL starts having feelings for someone else, especially after showing feelings for the ML, that’s a deal breaker for me. I just can’t enjoy a drama where her emotions aren’t firmly centered on the ML.
Can't understand why people are saying this drama is bad. for me, this is one of the FL's best works, if not the best. i was screenshoting for a friend to see how she serves face in every minute, but even i was astonished at how beautiful she was. i'm not talking about the ML, i really dis not like him. he was really bland, did not match her energy at all. im sorry, but if the FL is hungry, you can't make the ML water... he was there just to make her shine (for me). people say she did not act well, and it was boring. literally you can see how she shifts between happy to sad, to curious, to mortified, to serious, to killer, to "id have you for dinner", to betrayed, to "i can be your dinner".
yes, OFC SHE IS HOT, she knows that, and we know that. im pretty sure it is not accidentally that she has so many stylish outfits and close-up shots. fan service, i call it. the body is bodying, im really shocked i can't see some tongue in dramas never - and i'm not talking about kissing, i really don't need tongue in the FL's kiss scenes, they are perfect, BUT HOW CAN YOU TELL ME YOU'RE KISSING HER NECK, TOUCHING HER WAIST BUT YOU DON'T LICK?!? mannnn, i would wash her with my saliva wtf.
ofc, the plot is not as good as it was presented at first. maybe it was a little boring - ofc i knew he wouldnt die, but wasnt she supposed to die too? meh, i wanted some biting, blood licking, blood sucking...
would watch again only for the FL. for me she really did her best. let's just not forget these are mini dramas, so they will never be as good as full-lenght dramas. i just wish i could see the FL in more dark, red-flag dramasssss. she has the face, body, and potential for that 🥰🤭
I have not watched it yet, but I hope there is romance because it will enhance the point of the plot and even title. I just want to watch a LJW drama with him being involved, directly or indirectly, in a future romance with a character. Just my opinion.
I was really hyped for this drama, especially with leads who are absolute masters of romance, but instead it’s all slice of life, friendship, law, and food. It feels like a huge waste of their talent. These actors thrive in romance, and the show barely gives them a chance to shine. It’s frustrating to see such potential completely underused. I might skim a few episodes, but I’ll probably drop it. Really disappointing.

Thank you, I understand now. It was a bit confusing at first, I didn’t realise that what was shown in episode 1 was actually the legend that people believed, rather than the actual events. Now that you’ve explained it, it makes a lot more sense seeing how episode 5 reveals what really happened. Appreciate the clarification😊
