Loving this show but I feel they should have categorised them according to their main role and then have them…
... and at some point, big points for winning physical challenges can start to favor idols who aren't as skilled. The reward of the beef BBQ was a nice idea (although I was glad that all the boys eventually got to share in it.)
It’s certain to be a “jealousy/breakup” plot because that’s what Season 2 is for any series. I just hope it’s Seojoon who’s the jealous one because Jiwoo risked so much in letting his guard down and accepting Seojoon.
do u have any dislike contestant here? just wanna share mine but i wont mention his name. i already don't like…
The only one I despise is Im Joo An ... the "leader" who abandoned his team. I'm only up to Episode 7 and so far his treachery seems to have paid off, but I hope that justice will prevail in the end.
I've seen music videos that tell a more complete and coherent story.
The short length of this series isn't the reason why people think it sucks, and its short length isn't a reason to excuse its flaws. They had the same screen time to work with as an 80-minute film. They probably wrote the script in one afternoon over drinks by the pool. ^_^
It occurred to me today that what were the chances that Jang Eui Soo would have had a lead role in what's arguably the most ground-breaking Korean BL, only to later take a lead role in what is one of the worst BLs ever, Korean or otherwise.
If he's truly quitting BL drama now then he should have quit while he was ahead.
It's just miraculous. Paced so beautifully, with so many sweet and funny moments to carry the story along. I know at some point the nasty parents will reappear but for now I will bask in the sunshine.
I had a pretty bad week but this washed all the stress away. I just love this series! In a way it makes me second-guess many of the 10/10 ratings I've given because I can't remember ever enjoying one so much.
I finished it and it's so lacking that it makes me sad. I wonder if the production companies really believe they can throw together something this terrible and still have the audience eating out of their hands.
(I myself watched it right to the end. So there you go.)
The actors are pretty disciplined to be able to do scenes with that tacky white ferris wheel contraption and keep a straight face.
The best thing about this series was how mercifully short it was. I suppose the "movie edit" is next.
Anyway, I also have to make a very firm disclaimer since someone kept on thinking (across several different series)…
I feel bad that you thought you should explain yourself and disclose personal details. I have never thought that you post excessively. And you're always polite and never bully anyone.
It's pretty funny that out of all the enthusiastic reactors on here you got picked out for the accusation that you're a shill for GMMTV.
I hope this won't make you hesitate to post in the future. I enjoy your contributions!
It would be a personal attack if I had said “Nobody cares what you think, you sad, attention-seeking fool.” But I don’t post comments like that. I prefer to debate the facts. ;)
A personal attack would be you asking someone what's "up their ass" after they told you nobody cares what you think. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
As for you, there are no personal attacks against you here for me to ignore. You're being set off solely by the fact that people disagree with your opinion or criticize your behavior. Read for yourself.
LOL ... Extra points for being so insecure that you pepper everything with personal insults.
Although the thought might cause you existential panic, sometimes the people who think you're making a fool of yourself really do think you're making a fool of yourself.
You think you're the first MDLer to act out like this? Most of the ones I've seen tend to be newbies who are used to battling on sites where viciousness is part of the charm, like reddit. Those personal insults on here, though, will eventually get your comments reported, and after a few get deleted the powers that be will probably just mute your account.
Sadly, though, until that happens I doubt you'll be able to stop. If history holds true, instead of refusing to watch this terrible series anymore and move on, you'll return here each week to blow things up again, then write more raunchy personal attacks against the people who take the bait.
I just urge my fellow Bad Buddy fans to report any of this guy's personal attacks (on you or on anyone else) by using the "Report" link on the upper right of each comment. Trust me, it works.
In short, what the premise of the show set-up and eluded to from the get go is the truth. Jung Woo's character…
Wow. One of the best reaction/analysis comments I've ever read on here.
Unfortunately, every Kdrama I've watched featuring an evil character ends up redeeming that character at the end, come hell or high water. The effect is like the evil character has a personality transplant in the final episode while everyone else takes a forgetfulness pill that lets them trust the person who up until then has done everything to screw them over.

I agree on your choice of standout KBLs ... I've watched "To My Star" several times and have used it to introduce friends to my obsession.

I expect nothing less from this sh*tshow.
